Anyone else noticed that there are more and more surveys that ask you all the questions, and when one should get rewards, one gets notice that unfortunately one does not fit into the survey? Had two such encounters just today.
It seems to me that the screening (for DQ) should be limited to demographics and one or two pertinent subject-matter related questions (e.g., Do you own a car? When did you last shop for auto insurance?) and anything beyond that should qualify for the success amount. Clearly going through a whole series of pertinent questions and then being DQ'd after 5 minutes of answering questions should not be permitted. |

Same question. I used to transfer e-rewards points to avios.com and further to BAEC. Since all native avios.com accounts are now closed, what to enter when redeeming at e-rewards? The avios.com chat told me to switch to "Rewards for Thoughts" because avios.com are no more partnered with e-rewards, however e-rewards is still listed on avios.com and redeeming on e-rewards to Avios is possible.
You can still redeem for Avios using your Avios number. The Avios will then be transferred to your BA Executive Club account. Once the BA Executive Club miles reward option is available in the Reward Centre, you can use your BA Executive Club account number to redeem. |

Have seen several surveys recently where the initial question is :
“How would you best describe your level of involvement in your company's purchase process for _________________?” And the item is something nonsensical like “rocket-powered axle flangellators” Response choices are : Sole decision-maker Shared decision-maker Not involved Not applicable Seeking advice : what is the model answer here to make sure you go forward into the survey ? Or is this purely a non-functional question designed to waste your time ? |

And the ones for Global Test Market- they do not care if you own a crab pot or not- they seem to want 1-3 'yes' responses from the 10 or so question list, again as an honesty check or to make sure you're not just running down the column of check boxes Also for anyone who is in via the Avios.com program, it might be worth an e-mail to see if you can get reassigned to Iberia Avios as a redemption option for 2019 instead of BA because you can get 3K IB Avios a month that way instead of just the 1K BA Avios. |

My most recent one was about TV watching from https://insights.ugamsolutions.com/ |
I think I've got about a 2% or less completion rate for the ugamsolutions ones. At this point, I always pick answers that will get me the quick boot with them so I can get the pity points before being redirected to a study more likely to work.

Well, I had culling experience few months ago, and after providing all details (address, zip, etc) account was re-established. Lets see what happens now.
Just been screened out at 40% in, it's starting to become not worth the time anymore. |

I was culled also, managed to get one reinstated. TBH, since then my survey opps have dropped finding only one day a week I might hit above 1k points, the rest of the week 300-500 points a day if I'm lucky.

Has anyone received their Hilton redemption points very recently? I done a redemption three weeks ago and still not arrived, I know there was a Hilton IT update but the message has now disappeared off their app so curious if anyone has received points now.
|
I did it just three... hours ago and am already concerned :-/

This is what Hilton answered after I inqured about the status of the points 2 weeks after the transfer from e-rewards.Thank you for your inquiry regarding e-reward. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.
I would like to request you to please contact e-reward customer support, as checked the account points are not yet exchanged. As always, thanks for traveling with us and please let us know if you have any other questions. You can reach us any time at [email protected]. So it seems the points just disappeared in cyberspace. Off to complain to e-rewards |

This issue seems quite widespread. Is it just Hilton points that are disappearing into the vortex, or are other types of redemption also not being honoured? I have to wonder whether the bills are being paid.
|
I redeemed for United on 11/23 and the miles appeared in my United account in a few hours. Alaska and BA redemptions around the 11th were deposited in 2-5 days like they usually are, so I'd be inclined to say the problem is with Hilton and not e-rewards.

I redeemed for United miles about a week ago and they posted before I was able to get to the United site to check, maybe 45 seconds.
|
Well, 24hrs ago I redeemed for Hilton points, nothing yet. I'll give it a week and start chasing I guess. :(
|
It definitely sounds like it's Hilton specific. Maybe time to lay off that particular redemption until it's sorted out.
|
Hilton is a mess right now (on Hilton’s end). They had a system upgrade almost a month ago that was supposed to last two days and to this day, many things still don’t work correctly like points posting, stay credit, points redeposit, and new status recognition.

Well, I haven't heard back yet from e-rewards and we're still well within the 1 month timeframe, so let's see how this plays out.
Together with my missing 3x2000 Avios, that have been "reissued" or not... |

Any update about Hilton? Any successful redemption last 2 weeks?

Received an automated reply after lodged a report to my Hilton credit not yet posted since last week. Now, waiting 6 weeks timeframe before another follow-up.
Not received your reward? After you have redeemed your earnings will be transferred into your selected partner account within 6 weeks, or converted into a gift card ready to use soon as it’s received. Electronic gift cards can take up to 24 hours to arrive, while physical gift cards will be dispatched within 6 weeks. If you have claimed points/miles and after 6 weeks they are still not showing on your partner account, please respond to this message confirming when you redeemed, your correct partner number as well as the first and last name on your partner account. If this is regarding a missing gift card, please respond to this e-mail confirming the name of the reward and the date that you claimed it. |
Waiting 34 days since my Hilton redemption ($125 E-Rewards to 7000 Hilton Honors points) and still nothing---I did it on Nov 1. Hilton has sent me numerous "case numbers" etc., E-Rewards first emailed a while back saying it takes 3 weeks, new email today from E-Rewards says it takes 6 weeks. The email said, "Hilton Honors has changed the points delivery process and time and now It can take up to 6 weeks for the points to be posted into your HH account, since is the first time these credits are rewarded manually."
Much better when they just posted instantly. Much better when it was Hilton H Honors. "What's the div?" (said the barber in the 1973 film "High Plains Drifter"). Will let ya'll know when I get 'em. |
One to watch out for, IPSOS have just changed when they ask for your demographic info, just completed a survey on voice assisted devises and was asked for my post code at the end of the survey and guess what, no credit.
|
Sigh. I've joined the parade of lost souls - submitted request for 2000 points on 11/21. I thought it would be fixed by now.

Hilton - see above posts about problems they're having.
|
An IT "upgrade" a couple of months ago at Hilton sounds right. On 9/28 I redeemed e-Rewards $ for 7,000 points and they showed up in my Hilton account the same day. 11/28- still not there and from previous posts it looks like it will take awhile. Definitely a Hilton problem- my AA miles from e-Rewards posted promptly.
|
Maybe it's time to request assistance from HH representative Lauren? Could anyone who had already a contact with e-rewards and hilton's support send her PM explaining the problem?
