They resolved my missing reward the one time I had a problem (I think it took a while).

Have to say, ive always found them really quick at crediting, no drama,,,, and for the sake of ten minutes of ya time, its hardly worth pulling out.... unless you know of some amazing one on the other side of the green grass?

It seems I spend about 50% of the time they say the complete survey will take answering questions only for it to then cut to the " Sorry, we don't want to pay you screen, here's $.50 for your 10 mins "

I've pretty much been ignoring the surveys for a while now.

I got the same survey and the same response after spending ages doing the survey (lots of run time errors that I had to backtrack on.) I sent erewards an email expressing my displeasure, and they credited me with the full survey amount.

Sometimes you have to speak up and let them know about situations like this.

Sometimes there are control questions in the REAL survey to make sure you are reading the questions - for example "select 4 here", and if you do it wrong, you are disqualified.
I'm not saying your case is similar, but I've seen this.

Did anyone else get this survey?

# Topic: Study about Health
# Research Sponsor: Adelphi Research by DesignA Valued e-Rewards Partner
# Full credit amount*: receive $15.00 in e-Rewards Currency when you access and fully complete the research survey.
# Partial credit amount*: receive $0.50 in e-Rewards Currency as a token of our appreciation if your survey answers do not meet the criteria to fully qualify for the study OR if the predetermined number of participants has been reached.
# The full survey should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
I clicked onto it and it says, "Please enter your User ID to participate in the survey

User Name"

I tried my E-Rewards login which is my email and it won't accept it. There were no user names given in the email invitation. So how do I get a user name?

Yes, email them. A survey I was doing last week "froze" and I couldn't complete it. I emailed e-Rewards and they credited me with the full amount, about $2 or $3 I think.

e-rewards is probably the best of all of the survey-for-points types for customer service and compensating for bad surveys/links/etc. Some of the others, not so much.

e-Rewards Still Expire?

Last year, IIRC, my expiration date was at the end of February, and was displayed in my account as such. However, currently, all I see is:

Member Since: Dec 21, 2007
Membership Year Ends: Dec 31, 2011

Account Summary as of Jan 15, 2011
Available to Redeem: $93.57

Anyone know if there has been a change to the expiration policy? Or will it just be displayed again as I get closer to the end of Feb?

Did anyone complete a two part survey a few months ago about deodorant which included trying out a sample which they sent you, and get credited for it?

Hmmm. Last year I definitely had to subscribe to some random magazines I didn't really want because the value was about to expire, and only something like 25% of the remaining balance was carried over into the new year. (I had built up a big balance due to a particularly lucrative focus group study, and wasn't careful about redeeming HHonors points along the way (limited to once per quarter).)

Fingers crossed - this would be a significant improvement to the program for me if I don't have to worry about expiration anymore.
