I saw the same thing. I will wait to see what happens before deciding what to do.

Interesting , this is scary though;

"permission-based access to millions of deeply profiled consumers"

I know I would qualify as one of those "deeply profiled consumer" - ahh!

I found reading the Research Now website to be deeply educational. For example, I had not realized that since 2010, e-Rewards and e-miles have been co-owned.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to answer rewards redemption problems?

I redeemed for amazon e-giftcards but they never came. I have contacted them about a month ago and again a week ago but still haven't gotten a reply.

I like them and have gotten quite a few rewards the last 2 years. This is first I have had redemption problems.

Yeah, they used to be a lot better, then they seem to have given up. Might as well write again. Others have reported getting some very delayed replies suggesting they just let things sit for weeks, so maybe you'll get some satisfaction some time. Fingers crossed.

Did anyone have a problem with the travel survey? A 25 minute survey for 6.25 in credit. Mine konked out 15 minutes in and I couldn't get back in to continue.

Anytime I have this problem I email E Rewards. Make sure you have the survey number (which is listed on your E Rewards webpage) and tell them what happened.

Same thing happened to me. However, it appears that the $6.25 was added to my account. I will double check again tomorrow to make sure I'm seeing straight.
