I redeemed for Starbucks twice, about 5 & 11 months ago. It sounds like the redemption has really improved, because when I redeemed, it said it would take up to 30 days got get the GC's. However, 30 days came & went without getting the GC (both times), so I had to contact e-rewards. To their credit, they responded promptly to my inquiries, and I got the GC's about a week thereafter (ie, I got a physical card in the mail). I'd much rather have an e-code redeemable on-line, so am glad to see this is now available. bb
I swear stuff comes and goes on a whim. I wanted to top off La Quinta reward points. Saw it this morning 4,000 points for $100. Gone this afternoon when I logged into my e-rewards.com account.

Weird. I've got both La Quinta and US Airways still listed for me.

The last couple of weeks, surveys have been loading very slowly for me. I have nearly always had to click on the link to click on if the survey fails to automatically load. Anyone else having similar issues? I use a laptop computer with Windows 7 Enterprise and IE 11 with all updates.

How do you have to sign up to get IB as a redemption choice?

Dunno. Try logging off and back on. Doesn't the first screen have a map that you can zero in on? Try clicking on Europe, then rewards before logging in.

I get IB among my choices. But not La Quinta.

This depends on how you originally sign up for erewards. For example if you sign up with Hilton you'll most likely get Hilton for hotels and about 10 different airlines. Sign up with UA you'll get UA + ~10 different hotel redemptions. At least that is how it used to work.

If you don't have the redemptions you want try signing up for erewards via Iberia with a new email. Magic!

Anyone else answer intrusive questions by a URL named Fire Customer Experience which after taking 12+ survey pages said that they had enough answers and dumped me? I have reported this to eRewards and intend to discover the survey taker and report them to the associations they must belong to in order to remain survey-takers in good standing.

Be aware that if you are dumped like this it is considered opinion theft by the ethics associations which these surveyors must belong to. Complaints are vigorously pursuued at the top levels of the companies, and I have had recognition withdrawn for several companies from various associations which then list them as Unethical. So you do have very good options to pursue those who steal from you. If you'll also report it here you may be contacted by University researchers who are doing studies on this now, funded by these same ethics associations.

^^ I completely understand. I've gotten to the complete end of surveys and been "dumped" as you say. Very frustrating indeed.

I also have been dumped at the end of a long survey. When that happens, I email E-Rewards, tell them what happened, and include the link to the survey that dumped me. In every instance E-Rewards has credited me with the full amount of the survey.

I think E-Rewards needs to know when this happens so they can police those companies submitting surveys. While I don't know if they actually do so, I know I haven't received as many surveys that pull this kind of stunt as I have in the past. Now they usually dump me at the beginning after a few demographic questions!

I just redeemed $100 for Choice Privileges points and it was almost instantaneous. Thanks to a huge quarterly bonus, I'm almost ready to redeem another $100.

When I redeemed, it said only 1 redemption per quarter. I know some other rewards mention a # of calendar days. Anyone with experience to what per quarter means for Choice? 90 days? January - March/April - June?

Anyone ever redeem miles with Virgin Atlantic? I'm curious how long it takes for them to post. It said 6-8 weeks, but it's not taken that long with other airlines, and I'm hoping it doesn't in this case. Thanks!

Jabbered, programs that say "per quarter" mean Jan.--Mar., April--June, etc.--in contrast to HHonors, which says "90 days" after last redemption.

Hmm, I wonder if this is new. I too see the "once a quarter" language under Choice Privileges, but I redeemed for these in Dec. & Feb. (redemptions were just under 60 days apart). I didn't think CP used to have any minimum period between redemptions on e-rewards. tls
