I'm surprised to hear you're having trouble via e-rewards. I've always gotten proper credit and immediately. Sometimes I do answer what I feel is too many questions only to be disqualified, but never after a full survey.

Anyone else seen the number of emails from e-rewards drop dramatically? Like I've not seen one for three months or more. Weird.

Surveys have slowed down - as has customer service. I have several disputes pending because surveys were completed and not credited. The only one they acted on in a few weeks was one for $2 - the larger ones they either didn't respond or they have been pending - I just sent a follow up on one that I received a reply on (rcpt) but no action since.

Oh, man, that's great. I guess I shouldn't give up hope then. I still haven't heard anything from them (other than the initial email) re the problem I reported in #1596 (on June 28). I followed up once, but it's been radio silence. Will probably follow up again shortly. tls

Telecommunications survey
Beware of the survey located at:
http://www.e-rewards.com/pro.do?FT=DPK7JT4VNJC4
According to the progress bar at the top of the survey, I completed more than 55% of the survey, and then received the screen message:
"Thank you for your interest in this study. Unfortunately, your responses do not meet the criteria required to fully qualify and complete this study. Your e-Rewards account has been credited the partial credit amount."
I submitted a complaint and request for full compensation, and also called their attention to the 100+ page discussion thread on this website regarding these deceptive practices dating back to 2004.

Is it possible you answered a "control question" incorrectly? In my experience, that is often the reason for being bounced out (with no warning/notification) once you are well into a survey.
p.s.
This is NOT a 100+ page discussion concerning "deceptive practices".
In fact, most of the time problems are reviewed and, IF WARRANTED (in eRewards opinion), resolved by appropriate credit being given.
I'm not saying there aren't occasional problems and issues; as there certainly are. And, I'm not saying every issue gets resolved to the satisfaction of the person reporting it; as many aren't. But, eRewards makes the call; most of the time reasonably well. Also, eRewards doesn't create/run the surveys and they depend on us to report problems.
Also, if your report of the issue shows the attitude you expressed above, I suspect yours may not be investigated/resolved at all.

While possible, I've never had that happen. There are plenty of surveys which quite deliberately extract as much extra information as they can before terminating the survey. I assume that e-rewards generally wants to stop that happening and I've generally been credited when I've informed their customer service about ones I've had.

Wow, that's a lot! Why aren't you redeeming your rewards? What is e-rewards expiry policy? Why risk holding that much and not redeem for miles?

I just redeemed for UA miles, and they posted the same day (maybe instantly, but can't confirm because I didn't check right away). This is a nice change (apparently UA is doing this with others as welll: e-miles and Mypoints). tls

anyone else get a survey this morning about investing?
I am pretty pissed, I spend almost 15 minutes answering this long survey and even gave out specific dollar amounts and percentages I had invested in various products to get a response that they already had the needed number of participants necessary in my demographic.
