No matter what the naysayers here may say, I think Coke is viewing the program as a huge success right about now and Pepsi is trying to think of something to do without looking like the also-ran copycats.

i'd like to see pepsi start shelling out continental one pass mileage....

If it started out at 500 skymiles points for 80 MCR points and now it is 850 skymiles points for 335 MCR points they are making a killing compared to the initial amount.

Supply and demand. They sold out of those first 500 skymiles real quick.

The first 500 skymiles actually only cost 60 points and 25000 miles only cost 2850 points. Wow.

I got 5,000 SkyMiles for 570 points and it gave the points I needed for a reward flight. ^

Local Kroger 24-Packs come with 50 point code

Just purchased a specially marked 24-pack of Diet Coke at my local Kroger for $5.99 which comes with a 50 point code inside. Appears to be a football kickoff promotion! ^

Excellent! I was happy to just see that the 24 paks in my area had a 20 point code!
I'll be looking for the 50 pt. bonuses!

Bye Coke

Briefly, I had entered codes, bumped up against the daily limits, then hit some flash problems and because I'm in a distant timezone, when it was convenient for me to return to the site, I hit maintenance hour.

Between earthquakes, tsunami warnings, hurricanes and the like, I just could not get back soon enough. Coke (true to their rules) pulled my points for not entering codes in the required time period. I asked customer no service to give me a break and they said no.

True to MY word, I stopped buying Coke products.

Their rules are designed to encourage maximum purchase of product, but I found them too restrictive for me. So, in my case, the game pushed me to other soft drinks.

Sometimes, life is like that.

Buy Coke

Hey Good Luck To You! Pepsi is not for me so I'm sure they will be glad to have you on board. Don't hate the game just hate the fact that you knew the rules and dropped the ball. I personally find it incredibly easy to enter a 3 point code once in a while so doesn't sound like you will be missed by the coke company.

But you still only need activity every 90 days, right? Have they shortened it? I'm confused by your message.

Has anyone else had trouble entering codes today? Everything else on the website seems to be working fine, but the screen for code entry will not load for me.

Why should customer service restore the points?

It requires what, one entry every 90 days??
You can even enter codes by cell phone.

It is a bid ridiculous that you would stop buying Coke products because they followed the rules. I buy drinks because I like them, not because of the reward program. A reward program or contest might get me to try something, but it wouldn't keep me buying it, unless I preferred the product over others.
