Twice I've had codes for free bottles of Coke. But the site freezes after the reward is offered, and there is no way to redeem it. They show up in my rewards list as offered, but I can't get them. I emailed about the problem; no answer. Is there a trick to redeem from the offered list?

I've experienced exactly the same thing. Also emailed. Also no response.

I finally called the CSR center for MCR (1-866-776-6610) and was routed to the technical department (be patient, and polite) and the sweetest lady took care of my problems (Priority points and also had a points issue, which was my misunderstanding of their posting) and she said they would reissue another voucher within 7-10 days. Immediately sent me an email with a trouble ticket #, and at least for now I feel there's a reasonable chance of getting it resolved within 2 weeks.

So, if the email doesn't get replied in 7-10 days, try the phone. But, know this, it can be a while (I held for 15 minutes), but for me it was worth it to talk to a human and have a (hopefully) pleasant resolution.

Has anyone encountered a problem where when a 12 digit (valid, Red 3 point) code was entered - it said something like "Code not valid for this program"?

Is everyone finding the Dasani caps? Here in the BUF area I haven't seen any, but I did see some on vacation. The Minute Maid caps are here though.

I have been saving the higher value codes for the next double day but those don't seem to come around too often (for Coke products). I shouldn't have bought that line about more special value days since the promotions retooling - have there been any involving Coke???

With the escalation of ponits needed for FF miles, I may rethink this and cache in now, rather than wait for the next double day to cash in my 10 point codes, only to have 10 points not be worth as much Delta FF mileage by then!

Yes I have had the same problem with two or three 12 digit coke caps.

Me too. With a 2liter today. No O or 0 in the code. Looks like someone is stealing code now.

wgrc1971-double points are here now on Minute Maid, Nestea, and some Powerades...you may have missed the post. good till 7/27.

If you're getting 'not eligible for this program' the codes may be for the Pirates game that Coke has started...not sure, but other sites are reporting the same situation.

Follow up to earlier post about Priority Club Points. I got an email about 1hr later and they actually addressed me by name and asked for my club # and would be sure it got posted. Not an 'auto' email, a real person wrote it!!!

If someone was stealing codes, wouldn't the error message say the code has already been entered instead of invalid?

I had the same problem with the 1st free code that was listed on this site. I did get a response telling me that sometimes prizes run out. I followed up with a reply that basically asked them how could they give out of Coke? They responded by adding enough points to my account to redeem a free coke product.
