I just redeemed for 5000 DL miles.

However, they sent me a code that Delta's HTML form script refuses to validate and submit.

Will someone please post the email on from mycokerewards so that we can email them about bad redemption codes. I know that EVERY codes seems to be bad but still I want to make sure that I email them. I can't seem to find it on the site. Thank you!

My DL code doesn't work either. I keep getting an error message suggesting I try "O" instead of zero or vice versa.

By reading the javascript, I can see that Delta (powered by points.com) requires an 11 digit code to redeem the 5000 miles, not the ten digits mycokerewards sent me. It also appears that there's supposed to be an embedded dash, but I've had no luck when I try inserting one.

Edit: I actually get one step further if I insert the dash as the sixth character (i.e. in the exact middle of the ten digits). Of course the next step just returns a useless error page.

Looks like the site has (sort of) stabalized. The 10pt promo code is working, and the 3pt caps and 10pt fridge-packs are going in. It's a bit busy (50k accounts trying to get the 10pt bonus?), but aside from the Delta code issues, hopefully things will get better.

Disclaimer: I have no way of knowing that it still works. I only know that it worked for me as recently as last month: their "customer care" people responded to an inquiry in March '07.

To find the customer care inquiry form within the MCR web site:
- click the tiny little "faq" at the bottom of any MCR page
- select "general questions"
- scroll to and select the question, "my reward status shows my reward as being fulfilled, but ..."
- click on "contact us."

Edited to add: While we are in the faq, the items regarding "bonus offers" in the section about entering codes are interesting.

Just got the 10 points. Tried earlier and the site kept telling me invalid code. I wonder how long some of the new rewards will be around?

...with the number of points they want for some of the items now, the stuff will be there a l o n g time.

Plus, when you go to redeem, you won't have the patience to wait!;)

I got the error message after entering my 5000 delta miles code also. I should have checked here first. I guess I will write to MCR now as well.

At least the ten point bonus code worked at 9 pm (PST) tonight.

Just used 100082765242423 code mentioned previously and I was able to redeem it for 10pts.

The upgraded site is awful. I hate flash.

I contacted MCR yesterday through their "contact us" link about receiving an invalid code for the DL 500 Skymiles. I received the following message from MCR this morning:
