That seems consistent with our experience. I won fanatic ecard and got no email. My mother reports that she too won fanatic card but no discount email. My sister didn't fanatic cert but received notification of coupons.

Seems there is something wrong with the promo.

Nice promo. Thanks for mentioning it. In the past, the MCR system has been good about distinguishing between the large black caps (ie. Powerade/Minute Maid), but I am not sure about the small black caps. If all black caps work, I have plenty for this promo. It is good to get an early notice on this as it gives everyone time to accumulate the necessary caps/codes.
