Oh, no one liked the "new coke" :D

The "Interests" page with all of the activities to earn status points don't work. I tried three different things and was never credited for any of them for status points. They should have never taken this site out of beta since it's buggy as hell!

I redeemed a shutterfly 25-prints 0 point reward when I hit Silver. They never emailed me the code, and the redemptions page shows the redemption as fulfilled, but when I click on it, it shows me a broken message.

This beta site is a joke.

It took me an hour and four different "Verify your email and enjoy My Coke Rewards" emails before I was able to log in.
Me neither, but I can appreciate what they're trying for -- the new site is optimized for phone users and it does a *lot* of user tracking that the old site didn't.

Geographic tracking its addicts, err, regular purchasers might be incredibly profitable information for Coke and its sellers -- they'll be able to institute airline-style demand pricing once they know how often coke addicts pass by coke sellers (a CVS, a fast food joint, a vending machine, etc.)

Zero Points Now?
 

I put in points and showed I had 2018. I logged out and came back five minutes later to enter more and it says I have zero points. This happened to my wife's account also.

I had that happen as well, but it showed up correctly later, so would not worry too much.

What worries me is that the two times I tried to add codes on Beta site, the codes were verified, but points didn't post :mad: :td:

It won't allow me to log in at all!

You have a hosts file perhaps? I do and cannot log in and have to disable it first.

No idea about that--I've tried to log in via Firefox, and it won't even load the sign-in page. When I try via IE, it says it doesn't recognize the email address or password, and won't allow me to reset my password, giving me an error.

Hmmm. weird. All I can suggest is the usual clear your cache and delete your temporary internet files.

The new site runs scripts from at least ten other websites. If one of those other sites is blocked or cannot be reached, MCR will give this message:

The New Coke is still alive and well, it's called Diet Coke (same syrup as '86s New Coke, substitute the sugar [now HFCS] for aspartame + aceK). Coke Zero is the real Classic Coke syrup (vanilla infusion and all) with the same sweetener substitution (Guess which tastes better?) :D

I went through some of the same "hiccups" some of you experimented with the new MCR webpage, but this seems to be a "Microsoft Production", same as the new MyPoints and Hulu webpages, all with the Metro "tile environment" of Windows 8/8.1, which most people hate (especially those of us who doesn't surf on "touch screens") and made Microsoft rush their 10 (in reality 9, they are THAT desperate) version to erase the "sour mouth feeling" off Windows clients.

That MCR webpage will take some time to "get their groove on"...

You did better than I did. Tried firefox, chrome, IE, can't get in.
Sent a complaint with their online e-mail form. Really stupid form. It won't even allow a semi-colon in the text message section. And why should it require a birth date to send them a communication? (I was born 1/1/1901, good thing I'm not a day older or I wouldn't be able to write them).

Like everyone said, slow to log in, but I got in. Don't see where my point total is, but I figured why not redeem for a 20 ounce, since they showed a link on the front page, still 50 points.

Eventually got to the completed screen, with this message:

Yep, that actually started up sometime in December I believe.

Sounds like MCR is joining the airlines and hotels in devaluing their program very fast.

I have received a lot of value out of the program though and I am a big fan of Coke Zero so it's only costing me a few minutes of my time to enter codes for something I buy anyway
