I'm closing in on enough points for the PC 2,000-point reward, if/when it comes back. I've never had enough points to consider that before. I've been very small time until this game.

They do go by EST. I was happy to finally get one yesterday just to realize today that it was indeed for today. I've forgotten that I'm traveling in the PST time zone.

But did you also get 35 pointers this morning? Or did you not try for any diamonds this morning? Everyone I know hit 35 pointers in the AM, then hit their 70 pointers in the evening. If you got 35 pointers in the morning and evening, that would contradict the reports about only one diamond of each amount per day.

no only found one 35 pointer for each of the accounts. Only time I have gotten more than one diamond in a day was last week when I got a 70 pointer and a 35. Never two 35s in one day.

Thanks for the clarification. That's in line with other reports that you can only claim one 70 point diamond and one 35 point diamond per day.

Tomorrow (Sunday) should be the next opportunity for 70-pointers in the evening.

Excuse me, but is this a game that coke rewards have to get 35 or 70 pts?

ahvolare Jan 28, 2012 10:09 am

coke rewards

Can someone tell me what travel rewards are available through coke rewards, other than free cokes, sprite, etc?

UNIVBFan Jan 28, 2012 11:39 am

So I'm a little slow

Finally read through a bunch of the posts about Arctichome.com and how the donation and point recovery works. Feel like an idiot for not getting in on this sooner. Two days in and have made back my donation. Thank you FT family for helping me to finally figure it out.

Unfortunately Arctichome website won't load on my work computer, so I can only do it from home.

Hmmm. mycokerewards is unavailable and arctichome won't take my login.

Yes, me too, please. Is there any realistic chance (ie, I don't care about a sweepstakes, etc.) to build points and get something of value?

Yes, but you must be patient and not have too high expectations.

When My Coke Rewards originally started, I got in because it offered 500 mile Delta certificates for entering cap and carton codes that I was just throwing out anyway. No, I didn't get enough from this promo for a free ticket, but I did pick up several thousand miles, well worth it to me.

Just before Christmas 2011, Coke offered $25 Southwest gift cards for a very small amount of points (maybe 500?). I picked up two of those cards (two was the max allowed). Combined with another Coke code which offered $20 off a Southwest roundtrip (I think that was less that 200 points), this made for a very cheap flight on Southwest.

Many people have also used their points for Priority Club points. Not my program, but many have done well with that.

As with any program of this nature, rewards and sponsors change and often the program gets in a lull...but then another great deal pops up and suddenly you are glad you saved all those points :)

If you are drinking the product anyway, why not input the codes every so often and you'll be surprised at what you end up with, basically for free. To me, it has been a valuable program.

Like many of you, I'm mad that I just jumped on the Artichome.com bandwagon a little late. But I wanted to relate my diamond-finding experience so that others may replicate. As always, YMMV.

I joined yesterday and as soon as I picked my parcel and explored it, a 35 pt diamond appeared.

I logged in this morning to try and find another, but nothing was there. This evening, I logged in and again, nothing. Then a chose a random point on the map and explored it for a second. Then I went back to my parcel and bam, a 35 point diamond was there. So that's my new strategy.

As an aside, my kids really like to explore the Artic and log polar bears ... and they're super excited to find a diamond!

Just checked, and friends and family have gone four-for-five on finding 70-point diamonds tonight. Some found them right away, a couple of them had to move forward then back and then circle after clicking on the first (non-loading) one before finding a second diamond that was the 70-pointer.

And the final unlucky one is steaming mad, and furiously logging out and logging in right now.

Good luck!

Never found a 70-pointer. Of course, I can't even get the game to load on my Mac.

Question: I accidentally closed out the screen before signing into MCR to redeem the diamond. Anyone know what happens from there? Also, where do you go to redeem if you hit "Save for later?"

Thanks,
Mike

I think someone said that if you click the "save for later" button, it simply adds it to your MCR account without the process of logging into your account.

Check your MCR account, and let us know!

Cool, I'll keep my eye on it. Nothing yet, but we know how MCR is.

Wife's account: accidentally closed out the screen before confirming points
My account: clicked "save for later" to see if I could figure out where my wife's points could have gone.

:D Please do let us know. If I can click "save for later" and not have to log into my MCR account, I'd love it.
