My exact thought.Like today actual on Restaurant.com. Enter Promo Code: MEMORIES at Checkout and Hit "Apply" $ 25. for $2.

I use Safari to access the Arctic Home Internet web site exclusively, and it almost always works for me.

And when one does purchase restaurant.com certificates, we do link through mileage malls.

The Arctic Home website (only working in IE now for me) now includes interactive features under "My Parcel" - these have been promised since I started in the program. No apparent added value for MCR earning purposes.

Anyone else notice how many more Virtual Parcels we're seeing on the tundra compared to just a few weeks ago? It looks like a flashmob of gray boxes has descended on the icepack. A lot of latecomers must have signed up for arctichome.com recently, which could explain why the 70-point diamonds seem to be disappearing much more rapidly.

New FT mantra: "Go home people, nothing more to see here, diamonds all gone." ;)

More or less the same experience on my Mac as well. Throughout this promotion, Chrome has been the only browser that has consistently loaded and been functional. I gave up on the others pretty quickly.

I have been able to claim the 70-point diamonds in the past and they are still there for me, but lately whenever I click on them, they “have already been claimed by another explorer...”

...and that is within the first three minutes after 7:00 in the evening Eastern Standard Time on Fridays and Sundays...

We're finding similar results...usually multiple family members have been able to get a 70 pointer in the past month, but in the last week we've been lucky if one has been able to claim a 70. And yes, we've also received the "already claimed" notice on several occasions.

The window of opportunity before the 70's disappear on 70-point nights has closed dramatically. That was the reason for my post about the apparent huge increase in the number of Virtual Parcels, which means a lot more people are playing. I think the easy 70's are a thing of the past.

I was at a conference this week and Coke (actually, Coca Cola Enterprises, the bottler) was a presenter. They told us there would be a "special guest" at breakfast. Turned out to be the Coca Cola polar bear (or a guy dressed in a CC polar bear suit). I had my picture taken with him. Man, do I feel special.

No red diamonds this morning?

No one in my family has been able to get their 35-point diamond this morning. After login the popup window that shows you a diamond (indicating one is available for collecting) does not show up. A quick 360 around the screen does not reveal any diamonds either.

Working in Chrome browser on Macs. On a morning schedule, so last diamonds were collected yesterday, more than 24 hours ago. Cleared the cache, deleted cookies, closed the window and reopened, nothing has changed.

Anyone else having an issue today?

Same thing for me, nothing this morning. Searched forward and behind. Usually it is right there in a 360, or just couple of seconds forward and then turn around.

Haven't been able to get my morning diamonds the last two days. I find the diamond right away, but when I click on it I get the interminably spinning wheel. Gave up after 25 minutes.

I suppose it was too good to last.

Same here...

After you log in, do you see the popup window with the diamond? If not, then past experience says you will not see a diamond at all. That's what happened with us--no popup window, no diamond.

Last two days have not been a problem, including a 70 point diamond on Sunday evening. It's only today, and it's no diamonds at all.
