For those of you who had not tried to obtain the limit of 4 shirts because of insufficient caps, etc., I think that you may be in for a serious treat because I was able to obtain 2 additional T-shirts without putting in any extra caps today.

As of this morning, I still had the option of getting an additional 2 shirts via the ncaatshirt option. I thought that I would have to input additional caps to get them, but I did not need to do that!

I should note that I initially input 36 cap points to get 2 t-shirts, but about 2 weeks ago, I input 2 12 pack codes for an additional 20 points, bringing my account total to 56 points -- since no points are deducted for the T-shirts.

Lo and behold, today I input ncaatshirt code and it prompted me to pick a shirt! I chose one and I then again input the ncaatshirt code and it again prompted me to choose a shirt!

So, I was able to obtain 4 t-shirts for only 56 points and I only input 36 points via caps.

So, if you have remaining caps or 12 pack codes, you might be able to obtain a t-shirt if you have not reached the 4 per account limit; moreover, you now may be able to obtain the shirt for less than the 18 cap points -- in the form of 6 caps -- that heretofore you had to input into the system.

So, if you have additional caps, etc. to input and you have not previoulsy chosen the 4 per account limit, go ahead and give it a whirl -- you may just get lucky like I did!

I was able to receive additional shirts without entering additional codes as well. Only 1 additional per account, but still.

Thanks!

I wish they would bring back the AA club passes

Or any other passes, or anything else that would be valuable.

Yes. Mine was not accepted today, even though the code is crystal clear. Will hang onto it and try it next week. :)

Blog Post: What are Coke Rewards Worth?

High all, I recently wrote an article on "What are My Coke Rewards Worth" on my PF blog. From what I can tell the value of points is between $0.025 and $0.40 depending on the deal.

You may find it interesting:

I would also appreciate any input or feedback people have.

The program will worth a lot to me again ONLY if they bring new accounts sign up bonuses back (they had 50 or 75 sign up bonus points in the past). Right now I'm just going through the motions maxing out 120/week into my account with no worthwhile reward in sight.

PCR on MCR: YTD - 5K, LT - 135K

Been curious for some time now,...have you racked up 135,000 PCR points using MCR? If so, how can you possibly have that many Coke codes? Run a store, bar, etc?

Yeah, last year was terrific for racking up PCR points through MCR program. You will laugh, but I used to know one Chinese guy I was buying caps from for about $5 for 1000 MCR points. Combine that with sign up and other bonuses at that time and 500 PCR would come at between 80 - 110 MCR per. Plus I always get lots of codes for free from various sources.

Most of our MCR redemptions have been for the LiveNation $10 Concert Cash codes, - in fact we've gotten close to 200 of them. Just last week I applied 4 of the codes toward 4 pairs of tickets to an event that I thought would be a quick sell out and thus a possible/probable profit opportunity. Each code brought my Live Nation/Ticketmaster total cost from $125/pair down to $115/pair. After fees the tickets sold on StubHub for about $160/pair so in this case each 100 MCR point Live Nation code was worth exactly $10, or 10 cents per point.

That's a great price, there have been times where we have bought MCR codes from others (mostly 12 packs and bigger but a few times even the 3 point caps) but we paid much more than you, typically $25/1K.

Wow, very nice. My only source is what goes in my gut, so will never be able to rack up that many points. Good going!

Has anyone won any bonus points on the burst the bubble game?

I've won numerous times in the past, anywhere between 10 and 100 points. But not this time around.

Nolarchy May 5, 2011 11:17 am

Any secrets? I've tried popping the first one, waiting a while, going for the edges--nuthin! Not this year and not in the past either.
