I took a screenshot of the winning screen with the error message and sent it to eprize. What are my chances of a successful resolution?

That exact same thing just happened to me. Knowing ePrize, which is running the sweeps, there will be no $15 Best Buy Card for you or me. I emailed them anyway, but I think we're just out of luck.

Fanta promo

First promo item in the home page rotation is 3 points for rating contestants in some Fanta thing. But you have to register. Three points for giving my identifying information and email address to yet another promo? I don't think so.
But if you choose to register and vote for a contestant, Solojack is the obvious choice.

An update: ePrize has emailed me granting me the $15 Best Buy gift card even though I also got the same "General Transaction Error" message that JohnInNYC did. I hope JohnInNYC receives his as well.

Sort of restores my faith in ePrize and Coke.

My All Time Best MCR Score - Over 25 Cents/MCR Point

A few days ago I read this thread on SlickDeals about $10 concert tickets via Live Nation, most of the concerts offering the $10 tickets were junk however on Wednesday they offered $10 Lawn seats to the Sat Jul 31 Robert Plant @ Miami concert. I redeemed a bunch MCR points for $10 Off Live Nation Concert Cash codes (100 MCR points per $10 code) and used the codes to grab several free Plant tix, Lawn tickets for that Plant concert are now going for over $30 each on StubHub.

Bottom line: even after StubHub takes their massive 15% seller commission (by the way they also charge buyers a 10% commission) one could have easily cleared over 25 cents per MCR point doing this. Maybe there have been better cents/MCR point opportunities in the past but if there have I'm not aware of them.

Glad to hear you wound up getting your prize Flyingmama!

As for me...I emailed them last Saturday with a screenshot attached. They finally emailed me on Thursday stating they were still looking into it! Ha! Anyway, it doesn't matter to me anymore since I kept on playing and won again on Thursday and it went through. Since there is a limit of one prize per person on the Best Buy Instant Win, it doesn't matter that ePrize dropped the ball in my case.

In a totally different sweepstakes that I won back in March that was administered by ePrize, I had won a third prize of $100. After reading the rules when my prize was due and yet was never sent, I sent an email to ePrize inquiring where my prize was. They responded that due to the popularity of the sweeps, they were having unforseen problems and were "working on securing additional prizing from the sponsor". Since, There were a set amount or prizes in this sweepstakes to beign with, I found this to be totally ridiculous. Another month has gone by with still no word from them.

I saw an ad to post 35 points within my first 10 days for a bonus of 50. I exceeded 35 and I still don't see that bonus. Does anyone know anything about this? I tried to find info on the "Help" page, but that was useless. Is there any way to reach an actual person or am I dreaming?

Just wait for a couple of days. Sometimes it takes one day to post (if you clinch in the early morning) and sometimes two. But they always post.

They're back.

They're back...

Yes, they're back, but no one who has gotten these PCR points through MCR can get these again. They don't seem to understand that making these (MCR) points unredeemable except for junk makes MCR worthless
