The series of posts about the Wendy's promo suggests odds of winning something line 50/50 or 1 in three.
My experience in three tries so far is one 30-point win, two rocks.

If I were a betting man I'd wager that your three attempts were from the same IP address with your one win coming on your very first try immediately followed by the two failures, is that right? I have no scientific info to back me up but I'm led to believe that if you submit multiple attempts within an as yet to be determined short period of time from the same IP address their system will reject the non-first attempts.

Two yesterday from the same IP, two more today from a different IP. 4 out of 4. Can be used once per account though, i.e. can't deposit two different 30 pointers to the same account.
