ughh why does this thing keep timing out on me

they LIKE you Joe . . . they''ve zeroed in on your 1,000 MCR accounts
and timing any of your numerous MCR accounts out to make you more miserable and to make it harder for you to collect the few thousand prizes thatt are left before somebody else has a chance to get anything at all . . . :D

I'm told that 'because of the numerous cases of program rules abuse that this is it -- no more MCR prize rewards; just sweepstakes & coke promo items hencefore"

. . . Just another case of loyalty program abuses that drives it into the dust of history.

PC Code Expiration?

Do Priority Club codes from MCR have an expiration date for input into a member's PC account? If so, what is it?

33 Bonus Points to Link Safeway Account with MCR

Learned it From SD today:

http://shop.safeway.com/content/tout...22_mcr_act.asp

1. 33 bonus points to link the accounts;
2. 10 extra bonus points per transaction of 3 purchased items from Safeway.com.

Not sure the additional purchase points will work on in-store transactions or not. Only Randalls in my local area. Not sure if it counts.

Odd question . . .

Very odd question...

WHY would anyone not post their PC points into their account?

Suffice it to say that . . .

legitimate PC points and BONUS PC points promptly entered to an account
don't expire.

With this warning caveat . . .

Like airline airmiles, certificates and vouchers, PC has rules about
NOT selling or bartering their PC points as does Coca-Cola MCR
program have rules about NOT buying/selluing MCR rewards via eBay
or other auction sites....

Anypne foolish or dumb enough that buys and or sells
or barters this stuff on eBay or other auction --
or even is THINKING about doing so --
is asking for
their own well-deserved troubles, --all at their own risk
for being stupid clods. :p

It's actually been around for a year or so. It was mentioned in this thread, as well, though I don't blame you for not finding it given the length of this thread and the amount of off-topic posts here.

In-store transactions do not count. Since in-store isn't "safeway.com," this is not surprising. :)

Well, I actually did a search for "Safeway" before posting. IB Search gave me a one-post
result, which has nothing to do with this 33-point bonus. Thus I assumed it was "new" in this thread. Silly me! Shouldn't have trusted IB (Beta) Search! :D:D

Thanks for the headsup though. No wonder I never linked it. Can't do Safeway in TX!
