Watching videos is no longer worth doing. You receive 1 point for watching 5. I guess they gave out to many points when they went unlimited a couple of months ago. You could spend about ten seconds per video and get a point for each. It was pretty good while it lasted.

Oh man, I'd missed the video devaluation. I was already questioning my sanity for clicking on these videos, but this will make it easy to stop. tls

Today's snowflake: Zyppah.
I won 50 points on this last day, 50 on the first day, and a few 5s in between.
Lots of complaints on the Facebook page about the video points, which may account for them changing back to 1 point per video.

Yesterday I contacted them through their web site re the videos, and here is what they sent me:
"MyPoints is paid for the ads that play before videos. This is how we're able to award the Points. Currently the cost of Points awarded far exceeded the ad revenue generated, so we needed to adjust Points so we do a bit better than break even--otherwise we could not continue to offer videos as a Point earning opportunity.
We plan to feature regular video bonus Point offers in the future. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the video product to supplement member Point-earning activities in the MyPoints program."
So I dunno if the switch back to 1 point per video will be permanent or not. Let's hope. tls

Mypoints has their revenue numbers to meet; but really no reason for me to run videos at 5 for 1 point when I can switch the iPad back over to Perk and have it work toward American or Hyatt GCs without me having to babysit it so much.
