Definitely would not stay again
Breakfast is a published benefit for Concierge status ... I'd request a refund of some of the points. Club Carlson Twitter team is very responsive and you can also post a TripAdvisor stay report.

How are the rooms?
Good, quite new and very big.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: Fairy new hotel so it nice to be there, comfortable bed and linen – hotel is in quiet area so one can should have good night sleep.

Bad: staff. Room was not cleaned on second day, next day, after I’ve asked it was done, but very perfunctory. Additionally, the cleaning crew is very noisy and listens to music in corridor – and they start working around 9, so they woke me up.

Value for money or Gold Points? 9k points per night
Would you return? Yes, besides cleaning crew - it was worth every used point.

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
Park Inn, Belfast, UK

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard got upgrade to a business friendly room. These rooms end in xx1 (201, 301 etc) This is a bigger room with sofa, ironing board and iron in room and bathrobe.

Did you receive elite benefits?
Complimentary Room Upgrade - Yes
Early Check In/Late Check Out - Not required
In-Room Welcome Gift - Yes, Water and Chocolate Bar

What is your Club Carlson status?
Concierge

How are the rooms?
Decent size, really great showers

What was good and what was bad?
Good: Nice room, great location. There is a fun and quite characterful RBG sports bar attached to hotel but with separate entrance with access from lobby

Bad: Nothing really. Park Inns can sometimes be endured (I am thinking of the ones in the east of England) rather than enjoyed but the Belfast Park Inn is a favourite of mine

Value for money or Gold Points? Yes. With points and cash you can sometimes get as low as 5,000 points plus £44. Good value.

Park Inn, Heathrow Airport, London, UK

What is your Club Carlson status?

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
Park Inn, Heathrow Airport, London, UK

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard and got upgraded to superior but as I was staying to lunchtime I chose to pay an additional £46 to get a Junior Suite

Did you receive elite benefits?
Complimentary Room Upgrade - Yes
Early Check In/Late Check Out - not required
In-Room Welcome Gift - Yes, I was given a box of 9 ginger nut biscuits at check in (!) in room there was two bottles of water and a letter of welcome. There was a separate Club Carlson check in for Golds and Concierge members and I just had to sign my name on a list - the keycard was already waiting for me so check in was quick.

How are the rooms?
My suite was big. It is on the bend of the hotel and is two rooms knocked into one. Big bedroom, big lounge a separate dressing room and a big bathroom with bath and separate shower. Unusually for Park Inn the toiletries were in small bottles and not wall mounted as usual.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: The hotel has been renovated since my last stay. There is a swish bar downstairs and you can have bar snacks or have dinner in the restaurant. I had a very nice chicken burger and chips in the bar and my Concierge discount of 20% was duly applied. There is also an Italian restaurant nearby and a McDonalds just up the Bath Road.

Bad: at breakfast they didn't seem to have me on their list but I showed my concierge card and she let me through. As usual they don't police the continental/full cooked breakfast. And being an airport hotel of over 900 rooms it's always busy.

Value for money or Gold Points? Yes. I stayed on 28k points per night and chose to pay £46 for a suite that normally costs £258 a night

Would you return? Yes, in fact I am on Sunday night though I'm not going for the suite upgrade - I'll take what they give me.

Transport tip. There are hotel hoppa buses that take you between Heathrow terminals and the hotel for £4.50 a trip. But there is a bus stop opposite the hotel that takes you FREE to Heathrow or to the hotel from Heathrow bus station. I caught the 111 bus to Nene Road bus stop. It's an old agreement with London Transport that there is free bus travel within the curtilage of the airport to the hotels on Bath Road including the Radisson Edwardian up the road. The bus announces when you come to the end of the free travel area.

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
Radisson Blu Split, Croatia

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, super happy

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard room 2-4-1 rate, 2 nights on points and one night full price, got upgraded to deluxe sea view with balcony for the whole stay

Did you receive elite benefits?
Upgrade, early check in and welcome plate of fruits

In-Room Welcome Gift:
A fruit plate

How are the rooms?
Deluxe room had beautiful modern look and enough space for two. The balcony was a lovely place to have a glass of excellent croatian rose wine every now and then. The bathroom was somehow badly designed and after having a shower in the tube the whole place was flooding water.

What was good and what was bad?
Great hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We were surprised by the very reasonable prices at the hotel restaurants. And everything 15% off as a gold member. We had lots of plans to visit places, but loved the resort so much that we only got out one day. The breakfast was a bit better than in your usual Radisson. Location is the only downside of this place.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Superb value with the 2-4-1 rate and also good value for the points. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
Radisson Blu Le Metropolitan, Paris

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Not impressed.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 3 nights on points and didn't receive any upgrade. However, the room had a balcony at least.

Did you receive elite benefits?
Nothing. Didn't need early check in or late check out, though.

In-Room Welcome Gift:
None.

How are the rooms?
The room was quite small, but beautifully decorated. We especially loved the bathroom. Minimalistic modern look with lots of marble and glass and what's best no bathtub.

What was good and what was bad?
The location was good and hotel looks beautiful, but we were not overly impressed about the staff and lack of getting any benefits. The most shocking thing was the crazy hold for incidentals, 150 eur per person per night. Luckily we were not staying for a week. It took almost two weeks to get the money back as they had not cancelled the hold correctly.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Good value for the points, but I would not pay the +350€ prices a night.

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
The Old Mill, Belgrade, Serbia

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Very, very impressed

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard and got a triple upgrade to Executive Suite with access to Executive Lounge

Did you receive elite benefits?
Yes

In-Room Welcome Gift:
I was personally escorted to the room. There were two bottles of water which in many Club Carlson hotels is all you get. But when I came back after a visit to the city, there was a note of welcome from the General Manager, entirely handwritten, a bottle of Staropramen beer, a fruit plate of two pears and a paper bag of savoury treats. Beside the bed was some raspberries, some fruit dipped in chocolate all lying on a bed of chocolate soil.

Early/Late Check out?. Yes I checked in about 11:30 and checked out at 16:30.

How are the rooms?
This was the third best Radisson suite I have ever stayed in. New wooden floors against the old brick facade, a sitting room/work station and a separate bedroom with huge king size bed and a big bathroom with huge tub and rainfall shower. Very impressive design with a good feel to it.

What was good and what was bad?
Good: heated floor in bathroom, fob operated key which you just touch against pad to open door and work lift, very comfy bed, über-attentive staff. Bad: they still smoke in bars and restaurants in Serbia (you forget how bad it was) so bar was a bit smoky. The location isn't ideal. It's a ten minute tram ride into town (you pay driver at the front150 dinars) but it's manageable.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
the rack rate for an Executive Suite is €345 a night. I got a gold points and cash booking for €145. I probably won't return as Belgrade isn't the prettiest of the Danube cities but if I did I would stay here. It rightly deserves its place as the No 1 Belgrade hotel on Trip Advisor.

Radisson Austin, TX USA

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Sure, it was fine

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard room for a conference. Upgraded at check-in to a two-room suite

Did you receive elite benefits?
Upgrade, early check in.

In-Room Welcome Gift:
Nada. Well, they dropped off a welcome card, but that was it.

How are the rooms?
Wooden floor in living room area with fridge and microwave and wet bar. Lots of pillows on the comfy sleep number bed. Small but functional bathroom.

What was good and what was bad?
Aircon is not particularly strong. I had it set to 60F but it never got cooler than maybe 70F.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Sure, it was fine.

Thanks for posting. I'm planning to go to Austin later this year and stay at this property. Sounds like it's "alright"... maybe I will look into the Marriott options instead.

Park Inn, Houston North, Texas

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Not impressed, did the work.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked on 9000 point award which is almost free. Got the same, standard room I guess.

Did you receive elite benefits?
Nothing. Didn't need early check in or late check out, though.

In-Room Welcome Gift:
None.

How are the rooms?
The room was quite decently big for standard, quite dated and bit dark and dull. Not fancy. Basic stuff. Seemed to be clean though. I did not eat breakfast so cannot say.

What was good and what was bad?

+ Shuttle free from the airport with half hours interval. Quite far away, further than I imagined.
+ Cheap
- the A/C fan was very loud and there was no remedy.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Good value for the points, and cash rates seem to be low as well, so this is a workable overnight stay purpose, nothing more.

Where did you stay? (Brand, Location, Country)
Radisson Blu Park Hotel, Athens

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Had two separate stays which book-ended a trip to Crete, both which were pleasant. Rooms were fine, staff was excellent.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a standard guest room for both stays. I was not upgraded on the first booking (2-4-1), but was upgraded on the second (points) to a junior suite.

Did you receive elite benefits?
Received a welcome gift on both stays, upgrade on one booking.

In-Room Welcome Gift:
Fruit plate with a bottle of wine (red for one, white for the other). Both wines were drinkable and surprisingly quite good.

How are the rooms?
Standard guest room was fine, nothing special. Junior suite was rather nice and very good value for the points I paid.

What was good and what was bad?

+staff was extremely friendly and helpful
+shuttle service from the airport
+roof top bar
+/- hotel is not by the major sites, but still within walking distance and there is a metro station close. I can see where the location could turn people of
-quite a bit of noise from the street

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Definitely for the points booking when upgraded to a suite. Decent enough value for the 2-4-1 booking, which would have been better if I received an upgrade. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Radisson Blu Plaza Oslo

What is your Club Carlson status?
Gold

Where did you stay?
Radisson Blu Plaza Oslo

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked a business class room and received it.

Did you receive elite benefits?
- Complimentary room upgrade: No.
- Early Check In: Yes, at 10am.
- Late Check Out: Yes, at 6pm.
- In-Room Welcome Gift: Nothing.

How are the rooms?
Simple and stylish, if a bit dated. Big enough for two. Came with very comfortable bed, plush pillows and blankets, plus Nespresso machine, two armchairs and amazing views from 32nd floor.

What was good and what was bad?
- Good: Great location next to the railway station, friendly staff, early check in and out granted without fuss, breakfast.
- Bad: Only one bathrobe was placed on the bed even if we were two. Also slippers were missing. Phone call to housekeeping solved the problem quickly, though. After we received the other bathrobe and two pair of slippers, we noticed that bath amenities weren’t upgraded to Anne Semonin products as it was advertised. Instead, we received the very same toiletries from Thisworks brand that can be found in superior rooms. At this point, we didn’t feel like calling to housekeeping again. Swimming pool in spa was poorly maintained: tiles were dirty, caulkings full of mould and water smelled bad.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
A bit pricey but typical for Oslo. I could stay again.
