Talked to Qatar agent on Aug 12 cause my flight was cancelled by Qatar.

The booking class is still W. but your code should show this. If you put in the code (in promo code section), it will show tax only on the price section. So you know that is the only one that works. From JFK, there is really limited availability till march 2022. It's pretty hard to find. Hope they will extend the voucher.

If your flight is cancelled by Qatar, they will book you to Q class. You have to call them to make changes if you don't like the new schedule (do not press the accept changes button online)

I call and wait hours and hours for them to answer. Then I give them my options for itineraries and they always keep saying there is no availability. I gave them over 15 different options and they say there is no availability. Does any one have any insight? Any help would be appreciated.

We're trying to find any destination departing MUC or FRA, nothing can be found until March 2022...

From NY there's nothing after Oct 29 in any direction. Maybe the booking date will be extended again?

Now the question is will changing be ez if we can't go as planned next year? W fare avail right? Best way to search is on their site?

Did availability get much better today and then the codes stop working at 8p EST?

Was able to book on Sept 28th with the code online. US to zanzibar city.
But now thinking of changing destination but multiple calls to Qatar said no more availability since they don't have the code/ discount anymore so all W class availability is zeroed out. I'll keep trying and report back.
But anyone has any success changing their ticket AFTER Sept 30, 2021?

I have tried almost any destination and any date ex AMS but cannot find a W fare. Currently my flight is to PER mid November. Dont want to sit in hotel quarantine for 2 weeks. Also the Perth fights are sold out for the next 4 months so you would think they would prefer me to free up a seat for a higher paying pax....

Since the 1 of Oct they introduced a new "Light"rate in W fare but nowhere to be found.

What were the ID card requirements, my ID card has my name and the ID number but not my address
