I can't find any W-availability anywhere so I can't change online anymore.
I'm stucked with Australia in February, and most likely will not be able to enter the country.

They are separate bookings. Maldives is one trip and Denpasar is a different individual plan. No perspective in changing the Maldives. The one that i might consider changing if its possible per that the tickets are full flex is the Bali PNR. I was invited by 2 different winners, My brother and my Dad that both won and that are doctors so i am their +1.

Data point: flown outbound yesterday and at checkin, agent asked for employee ID. Them, she called a supervisor, who thanks us for our effort during the pandemic.
It is not possible (at least in our case) to online check in. Only got a confirmation pass after the process. But perhaps it is due to the need of showing a negative PCR testing report...

My wife and I were able to use this promo to fly JFK-DOH-KTM in mid November. QR staff was the most strict leaving JFK (heavy scrutiny of negative PCR test paperwork, immigration documentation we needed, etc.) They also did ask to briefly look at my medical work badge leaving JFK. Leaving KTM they didn't ask for my medical worker badge or anything crazy, but that shouldn't surprise anybody who has flown out of KTM.
They seemed to be blocking middle seats on the majority of flights which was nice, except on our last leg from DOH-JFK we seemed to be the only row in the whole plane with 3 people packed together, which peeved us a bit. We were given cash upgrade offers to Qsuites but decided we wanted to save the money right now. The best offer was around 700 USD per person for the outbound JFK-DOH leg which I thought was reasonable. The offer for the return leg DOH-JFK was at least double that.
Overall, the hoop jumping was fairly minimal and we had a good experience. We had never flown QR and thought it was a great economy product (aside from being the only people stuffed 3 to a row on our last leg).
I'd be happy to answer any specific questions anybody has, especially about traveling to Nepal right now as that is a possible but challenging process in its own right.

Hmm... so my rebooked flights in March... got canceled (again) after my initial flights were canceled last month. Anyone has any experience rebooking? Now if I want to rebook the flights it would have been past the month of March which is the date this promo is supposed to be ended.

I had no idea that Nepal was an option, but that is definitely worth looking into, as it has been on my list for a while. Unfortunately, my SO (who is the healthcare worker) is opposed to any international travel right now, so I will likely be throwing my QR ticket in the trash. I have a booking to Seychelles in March, but that is obviously not going to happen. Even if he does get a vaccine by then, there is no way I will get it that soon. It was a toss up between MLE and SEZ when I booked the flight, and I choose poorly. However, maybe I can get an SQ mileage run to KTM, now that they have resumed flights to the USA.

Also, did QR require a negative PCR when checking in on the return from DOH back to NYC?

At the time QR was requiring negative PCR for people on flights originating from Nepal, so we did have to get PCR tested in Kathmandu and they checked our paperwork leaving KTM. However, I don't think our paperwork was checked a second time before boarding our DOH-JFK flight, although I'm not sure if any policy has changed since then.

We are facing a decision whether to reroute AUS to Maldives or to wait for promo extension. In the first case it looks like it is possible, as they stated via Twitter, that "For any tier member of Privilege Club and/or the Beyond Business program may change the original destination (turnaround point) within the same region.". In the second case I don't think they will extend validity of promo tickets again. It looks like it is already too late.

in my case i booked to australia MEL for the 1st February 2021, but it same like its impossible to get enter to australian territory without vaccination, and also no updates caming soon for this way.
i think i'll change the distination to other countries who didnt exige 14 day of quarantine.

What was your destination? Did you get a full refund?
