Does anyone know what the error 'Currency value is incorrect' means?
It appears after selecting redeem for upgrade on the upgrade tab (after selecting the flight and confirmation # of Qcredits required for upgrade, which I have a sufficient amount of).

There is an upgrade counter in the transit area where you can inquire, but it's unlikely to be cheaper than the website/app offer, at least IME. I agree that 850 GBP is quite steep though, that's the price I'd expect to pay to the West Coast, not LHR.

Oddly enough, I they haven't opened up UGs for miles, but they do sell it for cash. I called and was told that phone agents can't upgrade with miles; it can only be done online (or in the app). Is that true?

Booked flights Dub to Maldives via Doha. 9 months out to travel been offered upgrade to Business Lite for 1600E Return per person. Looking through this it seems like a decent price around 790 EW. As the original ticket was economy we wouldn't of received long access anyway and looking at the Business Lite package it doesn't seem too different except for that? Any thoughts on this or would it be better to wait and see closer to to the time?
