I also received the same treatment as Silver (about to be Gold). Addressed by name from right when I enter the cabin after priority boarding until the end of the flight, personal welcome at my seat stating today’s flight time, asked for my meal choice before everyone else (even giving me my meal before everyone else at a couple of flights), and one cabin member even proactively came to my seat right after I woke up asking if I want a hot drink, bringing it to my seat right away (the cabin was still dark, this was before breakfast service). Finally before landing the cabin service director would come back to my seat to ask how my flight was, if I had any feedback, and thank me for flying QR. I don’t know if this is the usual service with QR (only started flying with them this year) but I really felt like they were paying more attention to me, loved the service I got and it’s why I intend on continuing to fly with QR.
I could not talk about QRPC members as I got my QRPC status through the status match in May 2020 which I'm currently enjoying it.
Similar to your situation, the service on QR made me shift all my long-haul trips to QR.

Pretty reasonable to me when you consider what they have charged in the past for USA upgrades. Also I was booked as Economy Promo W fare class so very fair IMO. Called QR to check fare difference upgrade and it was well over $2000.

I guess upgrades prices are back to the pre-COVID offers.

Are you sure? I understood Value was K, L, M and V prior to the recent changes. W would have been an Economy Promo?

I ended with an upgrade for HEL-DOH, 258 EUR. I should also note, that I was refused advance seat selection, despite being OWE (BA). I found this a bit strange, since I could still reserve seats for the Y legs.

And 620 EUR for both. But I am not going to upgrade because I am so sure that I can also sleep in the Y class for empty 3 or 4 seats. I heard from someone that flew in Nov and there were only 15 people on board!!!

NRT-DOH DOH-MXP and question on offer visibility
Hi guys, I flew on September 25-26, got the following offers at online check in 2 days before the flight:
NRT-DOH Y-J 419€ booking class N
DOH-MXP Y-J 609€ booking class N
Took the first one only, being substantially cheaper, longer flight, and on an A350-1000 (Qsuites!). Excellent deal I'd say.
One question: for those getting offers via email like 1-2 weeks in advance, does it automatically become visible in the MMB? Considering it as a surprise to my gf (have access to her MMB, but I'm not getting email updates)

Q-Credit upgrade not avaible to BKK but to DOH (been like that since booking). I secure the upgrade with Qcredits to Doha and then click link to come to the cashoffer to pay for second leg upgrade,.only to be meet by ERROR MESSAGE : THIS OFFER IS NOT VALID ANYMORE.
Timeframe from E-Mail offer recived, securing upgrade first leg and beeing denied on second leg are less then 5 minutes
Not a customer friendly way of doing business and i was very clear on that statement when i rang minutes later! All the agent had to say was that the offer was not avaible.
