To be honest I don't know. I'm on these flights May/June, was alerted by email & thought others might benefit from the info.

Ah I see. I'm on QR831 in April and I haven't received an email about aircraft swaps so it's possible that's the case.

Just to clarify; the email wasn't from QR, it was from the 'my flights app'. You may want to check your booking.

Checked my booking on QR. Looks like the QR831 has the 777 in April as well.

I'm flying on QR831 On April 7; it is still the A380.

I'm flying F; what happens if they changed the plane to 777?!

You do what I've just done; ring QR, hope they're in a sympathetic mood & agree to swap you to a flight with F!

Hi,

We are flying Cai-Doha-Bkk in F at the end of January and returning mid February. Any idea of when the changes will take place? I am away and do not have the PNR with me.

Thanks,

QRCargo.com has check on the aircraft being used for which flights. This website appears to be 99% accurate within about 4-6 weeks. It becomes less accurate the further into the future you look.
At this moment they are loading the Summer timetables valid from 26 March so there will be problems with the site until this is finished.

more4less you should check there since you are just about within the most accurate time period.

Thanks remdk ,

So far it looks OK for our dates but a few days a week the same flight is operated by a 777. I hope that there are no changes because I would not book ex-Cai to fly in Biz. I did it in Feb. 2015 and it was not a big headache but probably not worth it.

I was impacted by the change to the Doha-Amsterdam change on a separate ticket and rang CS, and as I had an onward connection to LHR, they happily re-routed me on the QR9 direct to LHR😜
