How did you book your ticket? That could be a factor. Sometimes AA-purchased tickets don't like to show seat maps.

What's up with A7-ALU, A7-ALP and A7-ALQ making a lot of test flights from DIA? I am just curious

Also A7-ALR did quite alot past week or so, but its been flying to revenue destinations also. Just seems strange.

For ALR I would suggest those are probably pilot training flights. For the reactivated aircraft they are test flights - I understand there is quite a lot of work involved with de-mothballing aircraft so they probably require a few shake down flights.

Theres a free app called TripCase that lets you build an itinerary and you can access seat maps for most airlines including Qatar. I use it for all my trips. Works best in cabins like J and F where seats selection is free.
There are certain seats that always show occupied but these are the seats that require you to ring the airline to book like bassinet rows etc.

Just received an EF alert that my NRT-DOH 77W (old configuration) has been swapped out for an A351 for June...

Edit: Just booked 3E and 3F for us - noting that all seats are wide open for selection

Finally a positive aircraft swap! I am delighted the A350s are coming back online, they are my favorite aircraft in the fleet.

Never flown A351 and never flown QSuite so quite excited! Hopefully now the fleet is stabilising there will be fewer changes.

There are nine 737-MAX8s with QR registrations already, would be interesting to see what sort of interior they have.

Checked my early June ICN - DOH - ICN r/t and saw it was switched to a 773N with Qsuites. Seat maps weren't fully reset, but booked good seats before they got locked.

According to Skyliner aviation,
VH-VPD B777-300ER of Virgin Australia is flying DRW-MCT-ENS for part-out and scrap!
So I guess we are not going to see A7-BOG (and A7-BOH)?
Maybe because the A350-1000 are all coming back to life and new ones are coming as well?
