Sounds interesting... what price and dates?

Thanks. Great point.

I honestly am not rushing to book, yet haha. It's more just the timing is comical.

I was planning on seeing the price for the Duo Offer and the Special Offer for Kids. Can't find anyway of doing this. There are no promo codes attached to this. This is my first time booking a family trip on Qatar ex France, despite being Platinum on Qatar thru business travel.

Anyone found any better deals for CMB than £1480 from OSL? Ideally for October 2018...

I think this "sale" was supposed to have been in April... April Fool's Sale!!!

No deals whatsoever!

This "non-sale" publicity stunt seems to have backfired. QR are getting slammed on social media. I wonder what AAB's next move is going to be.

I really think that not all fares are loaded yet. For example, the French site does only show Economy fares.

https://www.qatarairways.com/fr-fr/o...-boutique.html

Best to hold off booking anything until Thursday or so.

What's the point of announcing a sale with great fanfare and then not load the fares?

I agree, it is disappointing regarding premium fares. But it was the same last year actually.

There are plenty of Economy fares loaded though.

From what we've seen this past year, there aren't many (if any) premium sales from France, not from CDG and not from NCE. I still remember everyone waiting for some nice NCE deals because it was a brand new destination and nothing came. These are premium routes, just like LHR.

The real sweetener last year was the VISA promo code.

The planning was so bad that even the link to the global sale site on Twitter is broken.

They derseve to get slammed for drumming up all the anticipation and poorly executing the sale if there is even one.

ZRH-UTP for CHF 1909 (€1627) pp. (partner special) is quite good considering it is exCH.

Other good fares exZRH:

TYO from CHF 1929.- (€ 1644)
CNX from CHF 2089.- (€ 1781)
HAN from CHF 2179.- (€ 1857)
HKG from CHF 2189.- (€ 1866 )

I guess we are all discovering the difference between a travel FESTIVAL and a travel BOUTIQUE.

I prefer festivals.

In the travel festival or after? I keep a file with some of the previous sales prices for Western Europe departures (to serve as reference) and must have missed that.
