Many comments on this Baghdad Bob/Goebbels-esque website range from inane to profoundly stupid to scientifically impossible. One isn't allowed to point out such stupidity/lies without the NicoKippie Machine censoring them, so what's the point of participating in this House of Lies?

End of aLL electronics to be removed from carry-on bags
Well, well, a positive piece of news on the TSA Blog. No surprise that it was rogue TSA stations that were implementing an unofficial policy of all electronics out. Of course when the standard response when questioned on a policy is, "it's SSI", this crap can take place.
After some calls to our airports, we learned that this exercise was set up by local TSA offices and was not part of any grand plan across the country. These practices were stopped on Monday afternoon and blackberrys, cords and iPods began to flow through checkpoints like the booze was flowing on Bourbon Street Tuesday night.

Think we can convince them to have us stop removing laptops? I was thrilled when I left Heathrow in mid January and saw the signs posted informing passengers about the end of that annoyance.
Of course I travel with an Asus eee, so pulling that out is almost as simple as hauling out the liquids baggie.

On Monday afternoon we began receiving questions about airports that were requiring ALL electronics to be removed from carry-on bags (everything, including blackberrys, iPods and even cords). This practice was also mentioned on several other blogs and left us scratching our heads.

I expect the blog is quite separate from the complaint office (distinct little 'empires'), and hope that the two implode each other

An observation
Either posting anti-TSA comments on the blog has run its course or the mods are not allowing anti comments through in favor of posting more pro-TSA comments. Very few comments posted today.
And although "Gripes and Grins" has made a return, there have been no comments posted since Feb. 2.
