I really don't know. Not sure what "loop" I'm supposedly in either. I've asked a couple of FTers, and so far for reasons of their own, no one wants to "out" anyone (publicly or privately). Interestingly the coward that did this to me, (i.e. using my name of a fake ding left on another member account) whilst he has many 1000s posts, and has been on FT since 1999 so should know better, is NOT an Evangelist.

To receive the "Evangelist" handle one needs to make 10,000 posts.

So clearly at least 2 yahoo intellectuals have been at work here. Three I think as Punki's coward is also not an Evangelist, and is not the coward that pretended to be me.

Now there are less than 10 such persons on FT. So narrowing it down to a VERY short list is not very difficult I guess:

I got called names, told to **** off, was accused of being a communist, and scores of other nasty things, all anonymously. Almost all from people I don't even know. But at the end of the day, none of it matters. Not one bit.

Scott, I have no doubt that you were not behind this but I don't think we should start announcing either our innocence nor speculate on who might be guilty.

That can be even more destructive to the board than the original misdeeds were.

Again, a victim (and by that I mean someone whose name was used, not someone who was dinged by a faker) and who knows for a fact who the guilty person was can decide to make that information public.

Randy can also decide whether or not to publicize the names of the guilty.

The rest of us should stay out of the guilt/innocence question before we find ourselves unknowingly destroying the real reputations of people who have done nothing wrong.

Isn't that pretty much exactly what PremEx did here? I can certainly add without them needing to verify it, further Evangelists that no way in the world did this. So can you, so can anyone else. It clearly is down to a VERY short list already.
