I just remembered I heard a lot about Randy's going to get emails etc, once reputation contacts are posted. But short of someone posting a comment & pretending to be someone else (a legitimate ethics breach), why would ANYONE email Randy?

If folk give you positive or negative posts, that's their (and yours to do to others) perogative, but it's certainly NOT worthy of contacting Randy about. If you don't like the contact, then email the person directly. But for goodness sake, don't bother Randy about it. The guy's got more important things to do.

Wow. What a thing to fess up to at 4am. Seems remarkably petty and childish to me, but that is only a personal opinion. You simply could not stand seeing this thread with a 5 star rating it seems and had to ding-dong that as well as often as it took? Oh well, looks like you win another little "game". Feel self-satisfied? :)

One star means you rated this thread as "terrible". Hmmm. For someone who has made dozens of posts on it, I now AM really convinced you bet the house Randy would not dump this feature. Weird.

1) it's not 4 am here and it wasn't when I posted either, besides that, what does the time of day have to do with it? Are someones posts considered bad posts at a certain hour?
2) you can only rate a thread once, and yes, I think it's a terrible thread. As for "winning another game", sounds like same old same old; unsubstantiated claims and accusations.
3) "dozens of posts" is 18 posts, must be in Australian dozens ;)

The only thing with the squares is that they really do not tell much of a story, because it is so easy to manipulate, especially if you know a lot about these boards.

Do tell, as someone who is involved in development in these things I don't know of ANY way to manipulate the reputation system in VB3.0.

Scott re times, from Day #1, I set my FT default to use USA Mountain Time, as has been clearly explained to you before when you chose top raise that totally irrelevant issue.

I do not care if you use Greenland time or Mongolia time, but as FT to me was always set on COS House Of Miles Mountain Time it did seem logical. And you posted at near on 4am. FT time. IMHO.

If you negatively dinged this thread's star ratings, with your account, even your Mom's account or anyone else's I really and honestly do not care. But it clearly can be done more than once by one person. ;) It just seemed petty and childish was my comment.
