And yes, you can be a member of FT that is older than dirt, but 48 posts hardly can be perceived as an active member of this community. All I did was to send you an email trying to clarify things, and see what was happening with your posts. If we thought that there was a stolen password, or an incident of hacking was due to the events that happened a few weeks ago. In which the moderators forum, and both Gaucho100K and Punki, long time members of FT had their accounts hacked. It wasn't a far fetched conclusion to assume that something like that had happened. Originally posted by Feldspar: If you send me an email falsely accusing somebody of something, you shouldn't be surprised it ends up being shared. Originally posted by Feldspar: Were you too busy spreading conspiracy theories about me to notice that I never said anything negative about another poster? Originally posted by Feldspar: As I said, thanks for the entertainment. It is very obvious that Feldspar is not one of them. Feldspar, be careful! They are out to get you. Don't ask me how I know, but suffice it to say that George Bush personally arranged for the Mossad to have you liquidated. They are going to use the lights off/lights on signal to notify the killer to strike. From now on, pay careful attention to the warning lights in airplanes. If you happen to notice that shortly after take off all the "Seat Belt" lights on your plane are suddenly turned off -- and then relit right before landing, you will know that the signal has been given. Even worse, if the "No Smoking" lights are left on the for the entire flight, you will know that the secret agent has been given instructions to make it a particularly painful assassination. Goldlust,
Whether I particularly like you or not is not even the question. I questioned your own backbone as having said that you were leaving for good, and then coming back. Where exactly did I lie? I can't believe that I am stooping to your 12 year old antics, but you stood as a "foreign" candidate way back when, and therefore were elected through a form of affirmative action. I posted several residences, so was in with the general "pool". Ask Randy for the vote results yourself. Don't be so smug or smart, maybe then you will realize how foolish you come off to the rest of the world. I really think you should question the fact that although one or two people here may agree with a fraction of what you say due to "principles" no one really seems to much care for what you have been posting (and yes, you have violated countless TOS). |
Pointless to continue this discussion.
I will clarify one thing for the railbirds out there: At no time did I accuse anyone of hacking their way into anything. I was more concerned that a member of Randy's staff was automatically approving OMNI posting applications. All of the OMNI moderators were under that impression that it took more than 20 posts and a 6 month account to get access to the forum. ------------------ Sean aka: skofarrell Moderator, OMNI & American Express |

Here is that "worse email, including [mine]" I sent to jfe. Obviously it goes beyond the bounds of all decency: -------------------------------------------- From: Feld Spar [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, March 14, 2004 1:12 PM To: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] Cc: [email protected]; [email protected] Subject: RE: OMNI Thank you for your email. My approach is to cite a link to a topic of interest. I never knew this was a violation of general courtesy or the TOS. My approach is to avoid attacking other posters. I never knew this was a violation of general courtesy or the TOS. My approach is to post a view which doesn't happen to always agree with yours or with somebody else's. I never knew this was a violation of general courtesy or the TOS. And a poster or two just generally gets irritated because they don't agree with the substance of the link, or my views. Good golly, let's just all agree to agree on everything. It's much neater that way. Less debate. More conformity. Since when is it part of "general courtesy" or the TOS that those who want to attack me as a "terrorist" an "extremist," or somebody "off his meds" are to be rewarded with my suspension? Face it, you don't like my posts because you don't agree with them, not because of anything I've written. Thanks for throwing your weight around against free speech. |

And we're still not quite sure who you are. Who do you fly? What programs do you participate in? You only seem interested in politics and OMNI, which of course is odd given the nature (points/miles/travel) of this board...

At no time have I "demanded" anything, I'm just asking.
At no time have I suggested that you be "banned" from this site. I have recommneded that you be prohibited from posting on OMNI until such a time that you learn how it works, and develop a less obnoxious posting style. |
