Have just tried to validate an ex SYD route with tail-end transits back thru Sydney, but it's giving an error:
Rule violated!!!! [SYD-CNS] Max 1 segment(s): Travel via original point of origin not permitted
So while the restriction has been removed, the validator appears not to have caught up.

I'm not doing any pro-active checking; I'm only responding to issues brought up here. Thanks for highlighting this one

0.95006 released
Thanks Viajero
The "travel via point of origin" restriction is now removed in 0.95006. Doing this had the potential to break the "One intl departure/arrival from country of origin" check, so I tested that this was still intact:
syd-cns-syd-lax-lhr-syd (valid)
syd-akl-syd-lax-lhr-syd (invalid)

Hi,
Could you please advise how I can...
calculate (Qantas) SC's on open jaw XONEs, ie. HKG-JFK-ZRH/FRA-HKG?
calculate SC's on trips that aren't XONEs?

Thanks.
But this still doesn't work in one way, r/t, or point to point.

you can do a 'dummy' RTW containing the segments you are intersted in.
Say you wanted to know how many for TPE-HKG, you could do HKG-TPE-NRT-DFW-JFK-LHR-HKG and read off the result for HKG-TPE.

HNY to all and thanks for resurrecting this tool for all of us:
Few things I just noticed:
LCA-LHR earns 40 TPs on BAEC, not 120 (used to be 120 until 2-3 years ago). Ditto for PFO-MAN
HEL-LCA is missing. AY flies this weekly (3x weekly in summer)- AY 2851 effective 17Feb
MAD-OTP. Looks like IB is now flying this route using its own aircraft on weekends (IB3801 effective 3/3/07)

) to BA TPs - it is purely based on the distance of 2000 miles being the split between long & short haul TPs as far as BA is concerned. Both LCA-LHR and PFO-MAN come in at > 2000 miles, so therefore the TPs computed are wrong because BA sells them as short haul. Likewise, BAH-DOH, AUH-MCT will also be wrong. There's no easy remedy for this
I'll look at adding the missing sectors later this week.

Thanks Cyba. The tool takes a simplistic approach (I can say this as it was me who created the simplicity
