Have just tried to validate an ex SYD route with tail-end transits back thru Sydney, but it's giving an error:

Rule violated!!!! [SYD-CNS] Max 1 segment(s): Travel via original point of origin not permitted

So while the restriction has been removed, the validator appears not to have caught up.
