MM won't accept MIA-YVR as a possible route... but flight 1379 is a direct (one-stop) daily service from MIA to YVR and counts as a single segment...

What a great tool! I wish I'd found this earlier!!
One update: BA's flights from LGW to ABZ, NCE, PRG, KEF, SPU have now been axed, unfortunately Thank you again for creating and maintaining this, it really is very helpful! |
MM OWE Validator is missing the new daily DragonAir flight between BLR and HKG.
CX codeshares on it (CX6710) as well. mt |
Has been discussed before, but should not NRT-GRU count USA as a continentl. See this post 3 in this thread

No, not valid. Two entries into Europe. South Africa is not one of the countries that allows a "free" London transit.

Garydloo is correct. The rules states:
.. <snip> .. So you can either: enter Europe the first time from one of the listed countries and just transit to another continent - e.g. NBO-xLHR-LAX... or enter Euorpe the second time from another continent and transit to one of the listed African countries - e.g. HKG-xLHR-NBO .. <snip> .. The rule is that your are allowed to transit Europe, not that you are allowed to transit LHR.... |
Bkk-bud
MileageMonkey says BKK-BUD is a valid sector, though I can't seem to find any single-flight-number services in the oneworld timetable, in the oneworld itinerary planner, or on Malev's website.
Am I missing something, or has this flight been discontinued? Also, the various BA flights from London to Morocco are no longer valid for xONExs:( |

I have a pdf of the oneworld timetable valid from 18 Jan 08 to 15 Feb 08. At that time BKK-BUD was flight MA80 & BUD-BKK was flight MA81 both operating 4 days per week. May have been deleted or seasonal.

AA764 LAX-YUL comes up in the schedule as a one stop service via ORD. From Sept, 5 days a week.

From post 3 in this thread. MM fails YUL-UVF
As per one world YUL - UVF appears to exist and has been confirmed by AA. Edit: Now think MM is correct. Route given by poster was not correct imho Edit 2: The thread linked in post 12 states YUL-UVF exists as single flight (seasonable) |

I could not find it a very quick check on www.aa.com with a few random dates. Others hopefully can do a better search. Only seems to be as YUL-JFK-UVF or YUL-MIA-UVF. Poster may not being giving us all the information. Edit: Now think MM is correct. Mileage differences
While playing around with the longest routing possible, I noticed that Mileage Monkey and Great Circle Mapper return different distances.
For example: http://gc.kls2.com/cgi-bin/gc?PATH=m...avy&MAP-STYLE= http://slfft.allhyper.com/0.95/award...HR-MCT-LHR-DAR This could be a problem for people trying to maximize Qantas SC's. |

MM has it's own database for this, and doesn't use KLS2, so I hope that explains the difference. If you note any specific issues with MM, please post in this thread and I will correct them. |

<OT> If they've canned the route, I'll be annoyed, as it was my leverage to get around our *A preferred policy. Being able to do SFO-BLR with just the one stop was great, plus it made a DONE3 easier to justify. mt |

Latest (0.95019 at time of writing)
Older versions (in case of problem) available here. |
I think these segments are wrong.

In what way are they wrong? Both are currently in MM, but I'm not sure that BCN-ABC should be (it's operated by Denim Air which isn't listed in the valid affiliate airlines).
And BCN-LEN is not 2859 miles, its only 408. http://gc.kls2.com/cgi-bin/gc?PATH=B...avy&MAP-STYLE= I was a little suspicious when I noticed that both legs have the exact same distance. |
Could you please add HKG-AMM (RJ) and HKG-PUS (KA) to the tool.
Thanks |

I just noticed that LAX-SJO no longer comes up in the AA timetable for Jan 09.
Also there is a MIA-PHX service AA1007 and a return in the morning AA500. (also for Jan 09) I hope this helps, thanks for the great tool. |
Another flight for the database: STL-SXM

As mentioned in another trehad http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=837074,
Some Dragonair flights are missed. e.g. HKG-DAC, HKG-HKT, HKG-KMG, HKG-BKI, HKG-NKG, HKG-TAO, HKG-RMQ, ... |
I've rewritten the PDF schedule scraper, so hopefully SLF can get up the new schedule data soon.
This data is from the latest (July 4) oneworld PDF schedule. Here's a list of the unlimited 'transcons' for North America: Format is Departure,Country, Arrival, Country, Airline, #miles, Flight#,...,Qantas SC's earned Code:
BGI,BB,BWI,US, 2088,AA1078, , , 14:45,22:45 ,-------, 757, -:-:- SC:40Code:

New beta version available - 0.95020

This data is from the latest (July 4) oneworld PDF schedule. I've incorporated the DB into a new version (0.95020) which is available on the beta page. If all goes to plan, I'll move it to the regular page within a week. Note: there is a known problem - the feature which tells you which cabins are available on each segment isn't working (yet). If you need this feature then please stick with 0.95019 for now. Also - I haven't checked for the discrepancies reported by goback, Mwenenzi and Wasabi Tofu above - thanks for these reports, I'll try to follow up on these shortly and see if the new DB has fixed these automatically :) |
New feature - Starwood hotel search
When you're using the google map, if you click on the red marker at the airport, you will now see a "Starwood" link - if you click that, it opens a new window with a search for Starwood hotels near that airport. Currently available in the 0.95020 beta version only.

Please add flights to/from HKT
AY2967/2968 and AY2969/2970 each once weekly HEL-HKT and return
these appear to be 'Leisure Air' flights so I don't know if they are available for OW itineraries KA212/213 (CX6716/6717 codeshare) daily HKG-HKT and return Together they allow a different way from Europe to Asia: HEL-HKT-HKG |
