Do you have a link for that BA offer of 20,000 EC miles for free roundtrip on Alaska Airlines?

I looked around on the BA site and could only find Alaska Airlines awards for 25,000 (same as American Airlines)

Two Jaguar test drives and nothing else for Alaska Airlines award seems very good indeed http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif Is there a time limit on this offer?

How VERY prophetic. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

If Jaguar could see my driving record I am sure they'd spring for 40,000 miles right up front rather than let me hack around the freeways (on the "wrong side of the road") in their shiny new UNDENTED $90,000 car. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

As someone generally ignorant of DC ClubRewards, I looked on the website for this, and the info I found says that Miles to Points can only be done with AA and UA. What am I missing?

If there is a form, why not just fill it out
and mail it in without going to the dealer at all!! Ok, Flame me!

It's more like US$35,000. The X-type is the mini-Jag.

Did mine today. Walked in and asked for a signature. All done. 3 to go.

Thanks for this post.

I opened up 4 EC memberships online for this promo. Once the 10K deposits appear in each, I will send in the household application to combine. And then a free flight to Europe http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

Of course if you actually buy a Volvo for factory delivery they'll throw in two free seats to Goteborg on SAS, plus you'll save a bunch on the car itself. http://new.volvocars.com/overseas/osd_flighthotel.asp

OK. I had read auh2o's post of a $95,000 Jaguar, and got them confused. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Im about to enroll in EC however the BA-EC application asks for a promo code; Are there any promo codes out there that might yield some additional miles or sign up bonuses?

Only a small warning - know and observe your tendancy to impulse buy.

I test drove a Lincoln LS to get a boxed set of Cirque du Soleil CD's. Took the LS home & never gave it back...

Ok, I told my mom who called BA. They told her Jaguar was a targeted promotion and if it was not sent to you you cant do it. Are they full of it?

caseynshan Feb 13, 2003 9:53 am

Thanks, me and wife hit the dealership yesterday, but passed on the testdrive.

(would have liked to drive, but had the kids with us and didn't want to take turns or mess with car seats.)

I do like that they are AWD, but the headroom seems a little short.

Thanks Pudding Guy, the step by Step was awesome.... You are the Man.

It excludes XC90 models. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Went to my local dealership armed with my cert. I told him why I was there and he asked if I was considering purchasing a Jag. I told him that I wasn't and he thanked me for not wasting his time, then signed the cert.
