Since I first referenced this thread before going ahead with this offer, I thought I would share my results. I opened my account on 7/28/08 for the 21K miles offer. To date I have received 20,000 miles.

Anyone else have the last 1,000 show up yet to get the full 21K?? Not sure if the other 1,000 will just show up on its own or if I will need to call. Here is the history in chronological order so far:
