I'm wondering how many people are still waiting for their goldpoints.

Specifically, I recall a post from either valuemags or goldpoints stating that all points would be posted within a week of the 26th of Dec.

Who that ordered more than $400 after 12/25 has gotten their points already?

I'm missing mine for a $550 order placed on 12/25.

I have found Goldspoints CSR to be very polite, helpful, and efficient. My HF order made on 12/31 did not get the correct points. I decided to try out their e-mail response, and voila, the correct points were in my account the next day.

The title was so tempting: "goldpoints - fly the concorde for $1111 ".

So now I wonder, how many FTers are going to try out the Concord?

I've received about 1/2 of my valuemags purchases ($500), a purchase from Hallmark, and Autoaccessories. I'm missing points for a $600 order from Hickory Farms, and Hallmark's giftCert.com site ($500). I spoke to a very polite, nice GP CSR. He stated their IT department is swamped with orders (?) and they are still trying to catch up. I've followed GP's instructions about faxing in info on missing orders and will now wait a week or so to see what happens. I have sent emails to GP via their website but have had no responses to any!

shouldn't the title have read "Fly the concorde for $944"?

I'm still waiting for 2k worth of Goldpoints from valumags orders on 12/23 and 12/24. plus some hallmark points from 12/30. hopefully i'll see them soon!

hey, i'm assuming that Concorde awards are capacity controlled. it's going to be impossible to get a seat with all the FT'ers (myself included) who did this!

i'm also still waiting on points to post from a 12/22 purchase, as well as an eddie bauer purchase on 12/26. i am being patient, and am confident the points will actually post!

Hi:

Valuemags order 12/19 $85 posted no problem.
Second order same day $938.68 as gifts to my local Library have not posted yet. I faxed them the 30 day cancel agreement as requested on 12/24(out of town).

Shari from Valuemags returned a voicemail message I had left for her 12/26 or 7. She confirmed reciept of the fax and assured me that I would get the 450 points per and that Goldpoints would post in about a week, not the 30 business days.
I hope to see them post by Tuesday.. if not I am going to call them.

Thinking of dumping all my points in AA for the status, but the Concorde would be a neat experience....

On Friday, goldpoints rep. told me (for what it's worth) that it may take longer than 30 days for my points to post. Large order. 40-60 days. Goldpoints may be playing too loose here, in my opinion.

Don't worry about this guy. All of my miles are also going for AA status. I flew Concorde
years ago. Honestly, as cool as it was, I'll take International First Class on a BA 747 any day!

On a related note, I flew Concorde in 1981 before I had any FF miles and paid full price. Back then, a one way ticket was about $2,000.00. But I was making enough money at the time to not even miss it.

wait, wait, wait... dumping your miles in AA for STATUS? are you telling me i can put these into my AAdvantage account and get EXP? i will take that over a flight on the Concorde any day. but somehow i doubt that that is the case... i wish. i'm just a lowly Plat.

I guess they meant 1M for lifetime Gold or 2M for lifetime Plat? No way those miles would just count for regular yearly status (i.e. no way you can get ExP this way!!).
