Not sure how or why milepoint/magazines4miles don't show the WSJ any longer on their web site, or don't show AA as a partner...
But I was pleasantly surprised today (MON, 9/12) when CALLING IN ((800) 250-3525) to learn that WSJ is still an option using AA miles (maybe others, but AA for sure). Still 64 issues for 1200 miles.
Good luck - of course YMMV

Glad it's back
We had for some time recieved WSJ using miles. Then all of a sudden it disappeared. So happy to see it back.
My wife had only a few miles left in United. She recieved a mail offer to use up her remaining miles with mag. sub. WSJ was listed.

WSJ is available using miles from:
UA for 13 weeks for 1200 miles
CO for 153 issues (26 weeks ) for 1900 miles
DL also 153 issues for 1900 miles
NW also for 153 issues for 1900 miles
I could not locate an offer from US. These are the only FFPs I have - I don't know about the others.

I just noticed the following things about the WSJ subscriptions that are curious.
1) If you order using FF miles, 1900 FF miles is about 26 weeks for (as was stated in another post) about 100 dollars in value.
2) If you order using cash (via the FF programs "earn" sites), is maybe about the same. As an example - with NW, you can earn 22 miles/dollar, but a 52 week subscription is 215 dollars.
3) If you go directly to the WSJ website, you can get a subscription for 59 dollars for 26 weeks or for 99 dollars for 52 weeks.
So the "free/bonus" FF miles being offered cost about twice as much (or more) as you have to spend!

DL doesn't seem to have the WSJ listed on their web site any longer, nor does American. However, if you use the voice response system at the 800 number, you can still subscribe.

Waited my 10 weeks, as requested in my confirmation email.
Called yesterday. The magazine/newspaper company said they never received the order from AA. So they took it over the phone.
I will only call it in from now on.
If the miles haven't been deducted from your account yet, the order hasn't been sent to the magazine company. Call 1-800-961-8669. Also, the WSJ is still not listed on the AA website, but still available over the phone.
