Did you contact eBags or aadvantage shopping? My miles has not shown up yet either. I ordered about ~$100 worth of merchandise on 10/13.

Mine aren't showing as pending in my AAdvantage eshopping account either. I went to the eBags site -> Customer Service and used the Chat feature. Within 5 minutes, they confirmed I had gone through the portal and my miles would show up in 8-12 weeks. The chat feature makes it really easy.

My $100+ order from 10/13 has not shown up. I sent a missing points form to AAshopping and got a response back from a cartera email that they will monitor it for 15 days. They asked to send the ereceipt so they can ping ebags after the 15 days.

*raises hand* I have! At least part of them. The 11,000 miles I earned from my first purchase have posted on aa.com. Unfortunately I haven't seen anything from my second (much smaller) purchase, and my email query to Cartera hasn't received a response yet.

same...two purchases on the 13th, the $500 posted, on the shopping site, the $150 nothing. No miles have made it over to AA, and no word from cartera on the $150 purchase.

Just to be clear, the actual miles you can see at AA.COM (not the portal) and perhaps use them immediately?

Sadly, AA portal does not seem to give points for buying gift cards at meijer (supermarket chain in midwest) :-(:-(

Yes, the actual miles. The 11,000 miles from the first (larger) of my two orders have posted to my AAdvantage account on aa.com and are available for immediate use. No word yet on where my miles are from the smaller order, though.

Nothing yet for me, have contacted both ebags and cartera help. ebags confirmed order was eligible and asked I wait 6-8 weeks. Cartera asked for copy of receipt and said in 15 days they'll follow up.
