I called the EY CS in Abu Dhabi and after a while they told me to wait 3 days to receive an update but nothing changed yet

Gulf air matched my status after 5 days

There will be two status follow-ups:

They matched me because of my Turkish Gold, but they would not accept Aegean gold.

I will try to match with Gulf air gold.... I saw on statusmatcher guys succeed with it. But I don't know if I have to wait the physical card.

Did you send them only a picture of the card or also the statement?

From Aegean to Turkish and then from Turkish to Topbonus?

(but i had Flights on my Turkish account, so i sent them my statements from Turkish - don't think that just sending a copy of your gold card from an airline will make them give you gold - they know that they are not the only ones giving status matches)

Received the same this morning. Match from UA Platinum.

For those contacting them, it's taken them between 7-14 days to respond to emails.

Now I am hoping that my Topbonus Gold will allow me to match to Turkish Gold (again). :)

So, I applied for Turkish back in June using my Delta credentials, and when checking my account today, I saw that they upgraded my account to Elite back at the beginning of December without notice.

Took awhile, but better late than never!

TK just denied me stating my UA/AA cards must show an expiration date of at least 3 months out. I hadn't heard that before, but maybe I just missed it in this thread. I guess I'll try again when my 2015 cards arrive.

I got same from TK about three weeks ago. I have other Gold cards I could match. As I really wanted the TK status for a trip I've just booked via IST I've booked on another airline instead. I'll get around to sending another card or the renewal card later next year now. No hurry as TK Gold is not really useful for other trips I have booked meanwhile.

Will TK accept status match from AS MVP?
Anyone have experience or idea??
