Found DFW-CPH from 09/03-09/07 for $370.
To buy or not to buy is the question. I know AA won't match... wish I had gotten in on one of the Italy fares over Labor Day, though I expect CPH is nice.
Hrm....
Excellent fare though, and thanks for the OP for getting my thinking cap on. ^
Decided to bite. CPH here I come [in Sept, anyway].

Well, this thread is sort of a duplicate, but Rusty's post did make me think some more about my late March booking to Spain.
I decided to begin my trip in Malaga, for both variety's sake and the better weather that time of year. Same price: $238 all in from JFK. So thanks Rusty!
I had some difficulties ticketing it, though -- DL wouldn't take it from priceline, so I had to go directly to Delta.com, where it worked.
In reading the other thread, it seems like DL has "caught on" to the absurdity of some of these fares, so if you want to book, I think immediate action is probably required.

I booked 15 minutes ago. But my rez through priceline was rejected, so I had to go direct to delta.com (odd that "the source" might be the slowest to "wise up," right?). It does seem like SOMETHING is happening to these fares. Not shocking, because I can't believe it's Delta's intention to "give away" their European seats.

The really low fares are gone it seems, but I can still find a MSN-MAD for $410, which is not that bad. LAX-MAD is $299 in November. The taxes are still low, $52 for the LAX-MAD, so I think it's just that the very-low-fare inventory is taken.

Tried to buy DFW-CPH on Delta.com... got the turbulence message. Went to Orbitz, priced the same, was able to go through the purchase. Waiting on ticket number...
$370ai for Labor Day weekend. ^
Edit: Flights confirmed. Just pulled up itin. on Delta.
It's off to Denmark I go. Thanks all!
