I decided to book a trip for my father and I for next week to VLC. 25K bonus miles was too much to pass up!
Question:
I am NW Plat, but used my DL number so I will get the JFK-VLC bonus. Is there a way I can add in my NW Plat number to get the domestic upgrades on DL? Thanks.
I don't suppose there is any way to credit this to NWA while still getting the bonus mileage?

Called some SFO friends and they were able to get in on for first of August-

I think they'll only be aware if you actually have your WP number in the itinerary. If not, you're going to be out of luck. But you can always flash your Plat NWA card at the gate agent during pre-board and get on early but that still won't help you with any upgrades. Sorry...

LAX-ZHR $358 a/i: 9/4 to 9/13. Will actually go visit a client near Buchs that weekend.
Unless of course, She Who Must Be Obeyed wants to go to VCE and seats are still available tomorrow, I'll cancel ZHR and go to VCE instead.

Wow! It was real cheap price. So I can't go to BCN for this time. I can't take the advantage for next trip out of PHX. I am already bookable award travel ticket for PHX-ATL-ZRH in the J class. So please keep'em coming for which best guaranteed price.

I wonder if there's any way to get the delta skymiles amex card promotion without actually using the card. I have other AMEX cards, but it takes 7-10 days before I can actually start using my card, if approved.

My plan is to pair it with 3 free weekend nights (Friday - Sunday nights) at the Westin Palace Madrid, and that's the last weekend to redeem nights from this quarter's promo.
Flight connections are in ATL for outbound on 767. Return is on 777 via JFK.
