The food was good, no complaints there, although I didn't eat dinner on MAD-SCL because the flight leaves after midnight and by the time they start service it was already 1 AM. Instead, I ate in the lounge dining room, which was well hidden. But yes, there were menus at the seat on all flights.

too late to do a charge back
Amex and IB both can't figure it out. Amex Travel has escalated my case to their back office and the specialists have called the agency helpdesk many times but were advised that I have to file a complaint.
Eventually, I filed a complaint on BBB and IB processed the refund literally two days later smh. IB customer service is a joke
funny enough I'm still being run around.
Current situation is that the ticket issued by Amex Travel (075-7XXX) was voided to a $0 value when Iberia unilaterally reissued a ticket in Economy under their control (075-1XXX). Iberia can't process a refund and Amex Travel has no access to the new ticket.
and I've been in this loop for a month now
what a ducking mess

- Iberia customer service asked for Amex Travel to call Iberia trade helpdesk (travel agency service line) directly to process a refund by the accounting department
- Then the agency service line directed Amex Travel to have me file a claim at https://www.iberia.com/us/proof-request/
- I would hear back a few days later directing me to call Amex Travel

I think Amex chargeback has a time limit of 120 days from the original date of transaction?

For something like an in-store purchase, yes. But not for flight tickets etc.
"The Visa chargeback time limit, also used by other card providers, means it has to be used within 120 days of purchase. An exception to this, confirmed by Visa and Mastercard, is when the payment is for a future-dated item, such as a flight or concert tickets. In cases like this, the 120-day limit is counted from the day the service was due to be delivered – so, when the concert is held or the flight occurs."

Sorry, not an authoritative source, but Amex should have told you the same thing.

I still have 1K ticket issued by BA. I wanted to know the fare rules in case someone can interpret it for me.
1. Can I cancel the ticket without a fee?
2. Can I change the dates without repricing?
3. Can I add a stopover without paying a fee or repricing after the outbound leg. Currently I have a ticket from MAd to SCL direct ticket with IB but I want to add a stopover in Brazil.

1. Yes
2. Yes, but only after you have flown at least one flight from the ticket. Then historical pricing will kick in. Otherwise it will be repriced using current fares.
3. If the original fare allows it and you can avoid repricing (see above), then typically yes.
Long story short: Most likely, you can only fly it as it is or get a refund.
But please don't take my word for it, try to find the actual fare rules or ask IB/BA...
