[PREM FARE GONE] JFK - CDG on AA J non-stop for $1366

These are AA vacations deals, I saw BA was also available. I know there's an AA vacations thread but these are so much cheaper than the published rates ($2700 for same flights). I'm not sure what travel periods are eligible but this is a really really cheap fare to fly J ex-US.
af fp, hamburglar, vincewy and 3 others like this.

Works from MIA for around $1330 if you reduce the hotel stay to the minimum of 3 nights.

Short hotel stay

I haven't used aavacations in a while, but there used to be an option to have a shorter hotel stay than the entire trip. Is that option gone now or just hidden somewhere?

This is an amazing deal.

Apologies for the noob question!
I have tried reading the AA Vacation Wiki, but still can't figure out how to find and book this fare.

I'd appreciate any info or maybe I'm not looking at the right place?

Thanks for any help and guidance.

Edit: I think I figured it out..

Still there: Advanced Search -> Hotel dates different than flight dates

You just have to select the "Vacation Package" option on the main page booking form, choose departure, destination and date and wait for the results.

Then you choose to sort by "low to high" and you see if your dates return a low price.
I found MIA-CDG from $1279 in March, 1 day stay and outbound connection in JFK. Direct MIA-CDG also available for 4$ less

Also available from BOS and purchasable through Orbitz -- sometimes AAVacations shows availability that is not there (I found a $900/person deal that ultimately was not bookable earlier), but Orbitz seems to have more accurate availability on the flights.

Just to clarify, was it the same price as above when booked through Orbitz, or am I misreading this post and it was actually $900/person (!!)?

I found a $900/person fare for a flight + car (with 3 people, so the car I think was around $50/person) for early January through AAVacations. However, it wouldn't ticket, so I called them and they said that they couldn't get it to ticket at that price, but they could ticket it at $1300/person. So the lesson is that sometimes AAVacations has some prices that are not actually available, which is not a problem that I've had through Orbitz.

Anyone able to reproduce the deal from Dallas? I am getting Economy fares starting from $700 each during March 7-14 week but not Business. The starting price for Business is showing over $4000 per person.

Haven't been able to re-produce from any other US cities other than JFK/MIA as already stated in the thread, but I have been able to find ~$1600 to LHR, ~$1300 to MAD, ~$1100 to CDG.
