The website still mentions a booking window until June for cancelled China flights. I’m not sure if we’re covered by this new rule.

The wording is not clear - but as noted above it seems to only apply to new bookings made in March/April.

You can also change CAN to HKG. The rules have been explained a million times in this thread already.

LHR and SGN? You should go for KEF and SYD.

They wouldn’t even let me change HAJ to ARN, and CAN can only be changed to HKG.
FCO-HEL-HKG should be fine, but forget about LHR-HEL-SGN.

In the end I used the Webchat and cancelled the last trip. I also cancelled my flights from the wiki.
My best wishes to anyone trying to change to a more convenient time and/or route.

HK now requiring quarantine by anyone arriving from anywhere in Italy or certain German cities, quote by SCMP:

Restrictions apply to arrivals into Hong Kong from all of Italy, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Grand Est in France, North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany, and Hokkaido in Japan

lol, i see AY's website presenting 2 options, A and B. But honestly, what is the difference, in terms of rebooking, rescheduling, cancellations, etc between the two? The only difference between category A and B flight seem to be that you won't see your rebooked itinerary online for category A flights???

I only ask because STR is included in category A for some reason...

For those that have cancelled, how long until the refund showed for you and did you get an email confirmation when the refund was processed? I got the initial cancellation confirmation email about 1 week ago.
