[PREM FARE GONE] OTA exOSL discounted QR flights (valid till Jan 17th)

Check exARN as well. More availability and some routes are cheaper.

To prevent (bit late, I know) that we open a new thread for every exOSL (and some others) QR flight you can buy 20% (or more) cheaper via OTAs like supersaver/gotogate/expedia.no, here some that I found. I will add more if I find more.

How to find? Search for the lowest QR fare on Google Flights, next Kayak and then click through to the OTA. Doesn't always work but mostly it does... Some cracking deals to be had. Don't snooze...

Caveats:
  • 7 day minimum stay!
  • One month maximum stay.
  • Fly by Dec 15th
  • Fares booked through OTAs will not give triple miles in the QR promotion
  • Families with children may even be better of. SIN with 1 or two kids drops to €755. May also be the case on other routes, but I need to work now, so check yourself. In any case you should have enough money left over to buy ear plugs for the rest of the people in your cabin.

New:
OSL-DXB €819 instead of €1110 (technically the airport is DWC)
OSL-SIN €755 instead of €1136 (seems to only work for larger groups - 3 & up, otherwise it is 817)
OSL-JNB €1081 instead of €1495
OSL-DEL €747 instead of €1016
OSL-MLE €884 instead of €1234
OSL-CPT €889 instead of €1235
OSL-HKT €947 instead of €1172
OSL-CMB €1207 instead of €1598
OSL-KUL €1175 instead of €1449 (€1045 exARN)
OSL-SGN €1178 instead of €1448
OSL-NBO €1088 instead of €1529
OSL-IKA €759 instead of €1059 (Tehran)
OSL-DPS €1538 instead of €2031 (although I would fly to SIN and take AirAsia from there...)

I think you get the picture. It seems to work on 80% of the exOSL routes I try. Even with code share partners:

OSL-USM €1042 instead of €1336. Of course it remains cheaper to combine the €755 and a self bought BKK-USM...

Yes, it is. The price in the link is incorrect. Thanks for noticing, I will add a note! ^

Maybe useful to add that all those have a 7-day minimum stay. This is the deal breaker for me otherwise I would already be booked to SIN on the 787 & A350

Agreed. But it is not a logical route to expect a deal on, was my point.

ME3 to South America: not normally a bargain.

Thanks. I have no idea why doing this relaxes me.

Actually this route is not even possible to book (except as 2 single trips) from OSL. All west-bound and north-bound routes from DOH exOSL (except i.e. CAI) is "blocked".

Using different OTAs for OSL-SIN this October. Its pricing around the EUR 880.00 mark for either one or two adults each. However if I add two kids, the price jumps to over EUR 2000.00 each. Anyone made a successful booking for a party of 4 total for the bargain rates?

I can see it for 975 in October but I saw it at 775 (for your party) in May. Maybe it is worth playing around with the dates a bit.

EDIT: Here is 755 in October.

Brilliant - thank you!
Right, have to play around a bit to find the rates.
I fear I need a break from my job and seriously plan and book this trip! The idea is to add onward connections (in Y) to PER :-)

Remember that the flights are hard to find and that you need to book by the 17th, so not much time to plan and think! Good luck.
