Agreed. I had SAN->MSP->LGW booked in november and it has been rescheduled to SAN->DTW->LGW as the winter schedule does not have a direct MSP->LGW flight. I am sure something similar has happened here.

Same happen with my tickets. Everything stayed the same with the exception of the flight times.

Check the other posts - NWA pulled all MSP-LGW services as of 11/1, and rescheduled the routing via DTW.

Paper tix better?

I notice the posts of arriving tickets. Is an electronic ticket fine for this kind of thing. I got a confirm from Travelocity and the credit card was charged $207.

Was I better off requesting a paper ticket?

I think you have more room to sue or contest, if you have a ticket on cardstock. I suppose an E-ticket could just be cancelled internally and what proof would you have.

I just have e-tickets too, however I think with Travelocity it adds another layer of safety, since back whatever they sell. In any case NW is not disputing these tickets, so I wouldnt worry about it.

A number of us here suspect this was intentional by NW to get some working cap before filing - just echoing some statements made earlier in this thread. - NW hasn't made any effort to void these so shouldn't worry about e-tickets.

A good thought but doubtful, if it wasn't an error - it certainly wouldn't have generated enough income to be worthwhile, methinks!

No problems thus far. No attempts to void, cancel, etc.

I don't think anyone has actually travelled on one of these fares yet, though; the dates were Nov 1 to Dec 15, if I remember correctly.

Smile

Travel dates were on/after November 1st so no one could have taken this trip yet. Be patient.

So I bought 2 of these for Thanksgiving and now it appears that I cant go. Since the entire $188 was taxes and fuel surcharges - should any of it be refundable.? If not, has anyone had any luck in making date changes on these tickets?

Thanks
