ORD DEL mid Nov $ 788 on ITA. Spotty dates. Other days around this are all $1100 +.

AA: RIC to PEK or PVG for < $1000
From Richmond, VA to either Beijing or Shanghai for less than $1000 in early September. This is not MR material. But, it is about 50% less than UA charges for the same route and dates.

UA/AC/LH/LX/OS: ORD-CAI/BOM $684-720 ai rt K fare
Note - the BOM fares are really scarce now, but, if you can find them, OJs (ORD-DEL/BOM-ORD) priced at about the same fare for me on 5/14.
However, caveruner17, are you sure the Austrian flights earn UA miles? I see only K-fare Austrian flights, which according to the UA website, are non-mileage earning fares.

US SDF-CLE RT thro CLT 148ai. Not a great fare but awesome segment runs. Scattered availability but saw some Saturday same day turns in August.

It might be interesting: BUD-SAW (Istanbul)-BUD or SAW-BUD-SAW from 35 EUR return ai on Wizzair.com - not on ITA. It's a low cost carrier so you have to pay extras for bags...

Airtran--BWI-LAS--$155 Sept 4-6
Assuming I have done this correctly (big assumption), I'm seeing $155 for BWI-LAS on Matrix--i calculate that at 4 cents per mile.
All other dates in September are higher.
