Please let me know if you find a better rate -
NJ Bridgewater Marriott 5/24-5/26 - leisure rate 104 (includes parking)
I am also willing to drive around( 30 miles or so) to Philly, Trenton, or Princeton if a better rate is available.
Planning to use a BB for the stay.

Help with Boston Rates
Here are 2 possibilities for July 12-14 - can't find anything lower than these AAA rates:
Cambridge Marriott $188
Renaissance Boston Waterfront $251
Currently have a reservation for Newton Marriott at $110/night (which I know is a great rate), but I would love to be closer in if possible. Thanks in advance!

Newark Airport (NJ)...select service only...
SHS...143, AAA rate [need 2 beds....the king rate is 134]
november 20, 2008 - 1 night.
(either courtyard, the Res Inn or FFI would be OK!)
[there are better rates, but they are advance purchase....i'd still like to be able to cancel!]
the FFI is 152, the 2 courtyards are 189 (newark/eliz) and 194 [EWR airport]
Res Inn is 209
thanks

I have an upcoming trip to the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort. Right now I have booked a room using points, but I'm considering paying for the stay and saving my points for future RC stays.
My dates are June 4-8 and I have "courtyard view" room booked for 95,000 points plus $25 per night upgrade payment.
The normal rates at Marriott.com are as follows:
$251 - Leisure Rate, Deluxe Room, 1 king or 2 double beds *
$276 - Leisure Rate, Courtyard View, 1 king or 2 double beds
$401 - Leisure Rate, Ocean Front room, 1 king or 2 double beds
All rates exclude 10% tax and 10% service charge.
M11/M12 codes proivde lower Marriott Rewards member rates that are less expensive and include breakfast:
$207 - Deluxe Room, 1 king or 2 double beds *
$226 - Courtyard View, 1 king or 2 double beds
$320 - Ocean Front room, 1 king or 2 double beds
But I understand that these are no good for LNF guarantee claims.
I'm looking for the lowest possible rate for the best possible room, preferably somewhere under about $170 for at least a Courtyard View, preferably including breakfast.

Another question: I mentioned above that even if I don't get an LNF rate, I'm considering saving my points and just paying for the room. My rewards stay will require 95,000 points plus $25/night if I want to upgrade from a no view room to a courtyard view room. I can book a no view room using M11 for $207/night or a courtyard view room for $226/night. So I'm only getting about $0.0085/point out of the. Not to mention the breakfast that comes with the paid stay and the 8,000 or so points I'll earn by paying for the room.
Also, as a Silver is there any chance I'll be able to get upgraded from the No View room or the courtyard view room.
