No delays on either my personal or business SPG Amex points for statements ending in December or early January. Points post for me about 2 days after the statement close date.

December was my first month with the card and my spend points were posted on Jan 5 along with the 2 stays/5 nights for 2016.

My AMEX account shows that I have earned "28xxx" points including the 25k bonus for $3k/3 mos spend which I hit in the first cycle.

My SPG account doesn't show the 25k bonus points. Are they typically delayed or do I need to get on AMEX's case about it?

Yup you're not alone - I'm a 4th poster too. What's funny is that the AmEx site shows the points I've earned for December have transferred over, but SPG just hasn't posted yet.

I was giving them a break w/New Year's and all that, but I'm calling on Monday if I don't see them by then.

I assume your statement closed at the end of the month? Mine closed on the 14th and the points were in my SPG account by the 16th.

I am planning to call on Monday as well if I don't see them by then. Looking back at my 2015 activity, I see my points from Amex posted on Jan 5th. Hopefully it's just a New Year delay...

My statement close date is usually the 2nd, but was Jan 1 this time for some reason.

I am having the same problem. My Dec points have not posted yet...

anyone else missing SPG Amex points from last month?
 

My statement closed on 1/2, and I would normally see the points by 1/7 at the latest. It's now 1/11 and I still don't see them. Wondering if anyone else is missing points.

I received points from the 12/26 closing of my personal Starwood card, but the business card closed on 1/2 and nothing so far. I also picked up dollars on an award stay that ended in January. I thought I might receive credit for those points..but I need to go back to the T&C to see if Starwood provides points for those extras.

Statement closing date of 2nd, points usually post by the 4th. Nothing so far, so I'm going to give Amex and SPG a call later today.
