Regrettably, there is no published email address for this property.

The cable is mounted to the table. I am currently using the cable to post this message.

I always carry a six foot ethernet cable in my bag... they are $3 or $4, take up zero space, add zero weight, and if the wireless signal is flakey are a good backup to have. I also find that 50% of ethernet cables I find in rooms have broken clips and it is annoying to try and keep them in place!

Does anyone know how the Four Points stacks up to the Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea? I've stayed at the Four Points and the Doubletree and liked the Four Points better. I'm booking for a weekend next month, and the Doubletree and HGI are the same price, while the Four Points is $20 more. the HGI has free internet, while the Four Points is offering free internet and breakfast. The one thing I like about the HGI, though, is that they have two queen beds (rather than two doubles).

Which hotel should I go with?

Not recent stays, but I've never been upgraded in many stays in the past.

I was upgraded only once at this property. This is because the hotel has only two suites and you will have to fight tooth and nail to get one. This hotel does not follow SPG rules, and it will NOT automatically upgrade you even if both suites are unoccupied and unreserved! They wouldn't even listen to SPG Corporate, and I was credited with 5,000 SPG points as a result.

Pros: Top floor, GIGANTIC balcony, couch, coffee table, and separate flat screen TV in living area.

Cons: No refrigerator (not even a minibar) and no separate bedroom. Bigger than a regular room but still not all that spacious.

Because of their upgrade policy, I don't stay here any more.

But I still go back, because the staff are nice and the location is good and, of course, the price is right.

I've never been upgraded here either, but because it is a nice hotel, I usually come back if the price is right. If not, my second favorite in Chelsea is now the HGI on 28th.
