We would like to announce that 36F Elite member lounge will be temporarily closed due to renovation.
We will change our service during closure. The details are as stated below.
Closed period: January 9th, 2024, 3:00 PM ~ January 26th, 2024
Changed details
① Continental breakfast will be served at different venue.
② Between 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, we will provide the take-out-box meal.
③ The in-room minibar is available for free.
We apologize for the inconvenience to Platinum and Titanium members. Thank you for your understanding.

Does anyone have an email address for this hotel? I'd like to see if they would accept my bags if I dropped them off 1 day prior to check-in. I'm planning on staying in a ryokan near Mikawa Bay the night before I check into the Nagoya Marriott Associa.

Does this hotel disable SNA/NUA?
I booked a couple of reservations and none of them are allowing me to use my SNA/NUA. I tried on my PC and my mobile phone but all my reservations are not eligible for NUA.
